Terrible product and service.
Terrible. The item (an extending oven shelf) would not extend wide enough to fit the oven, and actually fell apart.
The returns process is overly complicated and seems designed to deter you from using it.
I eventually got a refund, hence the two stars. Even that came in "chunks" for some reason.
