This site is a joke!! I’ve had my account blocked 3 times now over one add for selling a litter of pups. I’ve had to pay over and over again to repost the add, email numerous times just to be told “we apologise “. Really not good enough!!

I saw a cat on this site that i was interested in viewing. I filled in the relevent information required to register, a security code would be sent to my email address, it didnt arrive, tried again, same thing happened, no code. I eventually found a section where I could email my problem. I received an email back advising me what to do(I had already tried what they suggest,nothing worked) They say they will respond to my problem, but it could take up to SEVEN DAYS!!
I gave up on Pets for Homes and the cat i was interested in, I will now look elsewhere.
Needless to say, as is so common now, no telephone number to actually speak to a human.

Pets4Homes is an amazing app for both buyers and breeders as it has some great features which greatly ease the process of informing and selling for both parties. You are able to include a large amount of media such as images and videos, and as buyers we have found that videos attached for the ad that play automatically, on the list of ads, is very useful and an amazing way to get the attention of our gorgeous kittens. We recently also had an experience of selling a kitten to a family who greatly appreciated our effort in giving each kittens their own little profile that had a picture and description of their personality via the app. They mentioned it really helped them choose a kitten that best suited them, and they are now really happy as we have trained her to always stick by us and cuddle a bunch! The payment was also kept safely by pets4homes, and was very quickly transferred to our account once the buyer confirmed the pickup. It is a great app to sell pets; compared to others we have used, such as Gumtree.

The site was really easy to use. The price of the adverts was very reasonable. All the pups sold within a week. The communication between me & buyers was easy to follow and new owners liked they could pay through the site aswell. Would definitely recommend.

I posted my kittens on a few sites but all 5 were rehomed through Pets4Hones with only 1 of the other sites resulting in contact from a prospective buyer. The site reaches loads of people (if you pay) but to get a good amount of coverage, it's only around £30. Their customer support is very responsive and helpful and should I have any more kittens in the future to sell, I won't look any further than Pets4Homes to list them. The only thing that spoils the experience is some of the people who use the site. They'll ask 100s of questions, ask for 100s of photos, tell you they're desperate to buy (even paying the deposit in one case) then ghost you completely leaving you wondering whether to wait or relist. But that's a failing on the user, not on the site and I'm not sure how Pets4Homes can help with this? Have users leave strict feedback with scoring so repeat offenders or people with low scores can be blocked? I'd definitely recommend the site having bought 2 cats and sold 5 kittens!

A really easy, well managed platform to find a pet. I was looking for an older cat, a cat that was a little more mature and secure in herself, and I found her here. The payment method is easy, speaking with the seller is easy and I highly recommend you give it a try.

Hi l have been contemplating getting another pet and came accross Pets 4 homes site.My heart wants another Malamute but my head says a maine coon cat ,both of which l have recently lost. lm in my early70s and the site has sent me at my request a selection of available pets from my choices, offering phographs, description ,area, cost and introduction to breeder if you decide to proceed and useful tips before you part with any monies. This is ideal for me and it is allowing me to check what is available for my budget and give me a time to make my descision weather to proceed and make the commitment.

The website is overall such a wonderful website to find an adorable little companion. Despite it being catered more towards adopting kittens and puppies I used the app to look for an older cat and the filtering makes this so easy to do and find. I ended up finding a beautiful little black cat who is a deeply cherished member of our family. The website makes it so easy to contact the seller and let them know all necessary information about you, communication is clear and easy and you can easily turn notifications on to get notified when a saved advert has attraction or a seller has messaged back. It really has made me and my family very happy!

The site is great and easy to use , saved search feature and alerts that match our search are a looked forward to mail.
I had a slight issue with logging on due to my iom phone number but a member of your team added it manually really quickly

This company needs to monitor sales.
I've been scammed by a rogue seller.
£150 down.
I should have been more cautious but I got caught up.
I thought it was a safe website.
Just be very careful people and go straight to a breade and not sites like this

Should be re-branded as 'WeSellAnyPet.com' - have done deep dive in last few days, trying to get to grips with the Weirdness that is P4H: endless blatant scam adverts & inappropriate comms purporting to be from the actual website.. LongStoryShort is that it seems to be mostly populated by scammers, some clearly illiterate - but there *may well be some genuine sellers out there*, struggling against a system seemingly designed to the advantage of puppy-farmers & broader scammers.. Got to feel for the innocents in this dark place, tbh, but the 1 group who are apparently of least concern to P4H is the animals. Damn sad perspective on a nation that has always prided itself on being animal-lovers.. Also concerned re the possibility that the whole thing is a data-mining cover.. Honest advice: Buyers, either research reputable breeders & pay a decent price for actual quality, or go to yr local Animal Shelter (RSPCA or Dogs Trust etc) & be patient, the right animal is out there (they're not boxable products that can be stacked up & kept until demanded..). And Sellers, either get proper registration & do the actual hard work, or maybe find a less reprehensible way of making money.. What a shower!
*update* none of the other 'puppy websites' seem any different based on substance - just different facades, maybe more professional looking, but same old s**t in terms of obvious content, 'insurance' and other 'guarantees' - and in terms of reviews, based on percentage of overall logged reviews, this one may be least toxic. All a matter of 'degrees of toxicity' tho..
Have taken my own advice (having not fallen into the glaring traps in P4H):
-have formally registered with *Animal Rescue Centres* locally, and
-reached out to an excellent *verifiable registered professional breeder* with Industry awards aplenty, and will practice patience..

UPDATE: You have asked for a reference number to validate this review - oddly, all we have is money taken from our account, and endless emails, mostly advertising - could you possibly clarify at which point you were kind enough to provide us with a Reference number - would that have been visible when the money left our account? The website was easy to navigate and the communication between them and myself was great and very efficient. I was kept up to date with all aspects from pet viewing to brining our new baby home.
The only negative ( not the fault of the site) upon getting our new baby vet checked, it quickly became apparent that our baby was much younger than advertised! Having never got a new kitten before I was a little naive as to how big she would be.

I'm looking for a bullmastiff at the moment and I find pets4homes very good and give excellent information.
the team are very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.
