We looked for a pet for our grandson Rossi for his 16th birthday. Rossi chose the Australian Shepherd at the top of his wish list. We Made an offer to Elizabeth in south Wales. Rossi chose a male from the litter and we paid a deposit through pets 4 homes. We then paid the balance and drove from Moray to pick up Jasper. It was easy to follow the step by step instructions. Thanks for an easy transaction from buying to receiving.

We had a very poorly cat and he needed lots of treatment and expensive medication. Claims handled very efficiently, and on several occasions were settled the same day.
When we eventually had to put him to sleep. We were dealt with very sympathetically.

Steer clear unless you want endless stress
Quiet simply the worst experience of trying to re-home a pet. If it isn't stressful enough this site will send you to your wit's end.
Upon trying to place and advert to re-home a family dog they held the post on pending. Only did we realise that this was because the account hadn't been verified. Fair comment but the account is my 80 year old mothers account who doesn't have a driver's license or passport port. Account locked after they took the sellers fee. So I decided to open an account and make a listing. Took the fee then locked my account mid advert. No communication no reply to emails. An absolute joke at what is stressful enough. I started all this at 8am and it's now 15.30.

Last time I bought a puppy was eleven years ago, my things have changed for the better regarding looking/viewing puppies you now have to be vetted.This was a quick and simple process that only took 12 hours but made you feel it was a responsible way about buying a dog both from breeder and new owner
We were updated via a messaging service that kept us in touch with the breeder and just made it a smooth process

Randomly restricted
I was arranging viewings for cats. One had paid a deposit and the owners changed their mind as I wasn't able to pick up before a certain date. So I'm waiting on the refund for that.
However, the site randomly locked me out on Friday when I was trying to arrange viewings. I've now missed TWO. So it looks to sellers that I'm not serious when I am.
I've logged multiple tickets and no answer.
Before getting blocked I'd even paid the fee to be able to message more people. So I'm down £160 with no idea when I'll get it back!
