Was a customer for over a year without a problem, then you took payment for an order, didn't deliver, and won't respond to my messages via live chat or email. Order 51065

i am still waiting for the goods I paid for last August , if you want to to stop posting 1 star reviews you know what to do Pharmacy 4U , your ref 3731 , do the right thing and give me what you took my money for . I will never stop until you come you send me the goods , refund me or go out of business

Brilliant service, ordered some medication as I couldn’t get in with my gp. Online consultation is nice and easy to complete. I did need to ask a question about something so went onto their live chat, they were brilliant responded straight away. My order also arrived within a couple of days a lot faster than I thought considering the postal strikes. I will happily use your pharmacy again.

Really rubbish service highly recommend you DON'T use the service , dreadful dreadful , live chat just cut you off when they have had enough even if you have more enquiries , very slow at sending medication , don't follow instructions on medications , Go to Boots chemist's they send medication and are more helpful ! SHAME ON YOU PHARMACY 4U , DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have been using this service on and off, mostly off because on 3 occasions they have sent my medication to the wrong address, and not even an old address of mine but a totally different place, different city. Just seems a lack of care.

I've been a customer for over 5 years. If they have stock the service is usually fast and efficient. When no stock you are informed that the tablets will be with you in 14 to 16 days. This standard message is then repeated at weekly intervals. If you are dependant on medicine you'll be left hanging on believing your medicine will arrive in time before you run out. I take large amounts of blood pressure medicine, and this practice could be very dangerious for me. This has happened 3 times during my time with this company. I've just tried phoning and message says lines too busy and directs you online. Online chat times out. Very poor and customer service.

Not impressed waiting for 4 weeks for my tablet's still not here life saving so you should be better not impressed!!!!

Some of these bad reviews are misleading, my first order from P4U was a bit problematic initially , after a call and an email (answered super promptly I must ad) then following that I have ordered from them 3 more times and they have been great!?
Order arrives within 3/4 days for £2.95 delivery and the medications I’ve ordered myself are genuine and work a treat!?
Slight confusion over currency value when taking payment, it’s always a few pounds more than the order total but other than that I’m very happy with them and just back to make order number 5, which will no doubt be in my hand by Weds this coming week (Sat today)

I don’t know what these reviews are about because I ordered from Pharmacy4UK.com last Friday and my medication has now arrived. Very happy with the service! I even got 10free! I did initially phone them after placing the order and they answered straight away (this was because I had read these inaccurate reviews and got concerned I had been scammed) Not at all the case! After answering he then gave me the delivery date, very polite very efficient. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much!

Order was cancelled, received no email just a text.
3 weeks with no refund settled, emailed customer service and they are sorting it out within the next 7 days.

Hopefully this was just a mistake on their behalf and not a common thing

If you looking for NHS prescription that's not a place for you. This place will give you medicine you need with online consultation so it will save your time. To get your order you might need to wait a little bit longer but it's fine for me. Order arrived fairly quickly as described so I'm absolutely happy with this place. And one advice for complaining people. If you are so fussy about medical treatment from this place then GO TO YOUR GP AND TAKE PARACETAMOL !!!!

A Private doctor prescription blew their minds - it’s not an NHS script but they insisted I attach an NHS doctor as Private Doctor not in data base. My NHS doctor then was declined as its reported they don’t issue electronic scripts (which they do) and not relevant as it’s a Private script. Still chasing them for a detailed invoice- they said don’t supply one/I should rely on their email which says £0 cost and finally one with a total cost but no splits which is needed for insurance. Chatty emails don’t compensate for a shambolic process.
I thought they were highly rated somewhere but they deserve the rating on this site.

The items, sleeping tablets arrive within th 2-4 working day timeframe customer service and friendliness and communication was good.
A bit fiddly the payment method and that process takes a few days about 2/4 from when goods are dispatched. Lengths the overall wait to aboutb7/ 8 days until you get your order 4 days after that. However, if you plan carefully and dont order over s weekend, you may get your product more quickly than 2 to 4 days. Plan ahead my friends.
The tablets in my case zopiclone are generic and I was a bit scared to take at first. But, they are the real thing and work just as well as those given on NHS. I will definitely use this friendly helpful company again. Thinkinh of ordering a dee nitrazapam too as you can get addicted to zoos and Bezos very easily. Will alternate my sleeping tablets to counteract that and not get too hooked. After all, what's the use of an insomnia product if you can get serious re bound insomnia after stopping altogether.
But, if like me, you have not had one nights sleep in 8 weeks, you need the support of medicine. I'm also learning CBTi and hope to reduce as I re educate my mind which has switched off the 'io' button I'm my head. Will up date after someone my course and had blood and MRI scan to rule out a physiological reasoning enforce sudden in- set insomnia. Worst ailment in the World. Almost 2 weeks with no medication, take far too long, will not use anymore.

A con of a company. Advertise services on their website then fail to fulfil what they are advertising. Told me to go to my local pharmacy instead.

The NHS should dealing with this company all the emails and adverts are total waste of time if they can not get the prescriptions right. i was informed that they no stop of my meds no follow up waited ten days then cancelled my contract. then received a call asking for me not to cancel and give them a second chance ! no chance do not use.
