i have given them 1 star but after nearly killing me they don't deserve that. If you want your perscription on time go to your local chemist.
i first registered 9 months ago put in my first script but THEY LOST IT
Things did not get much better so i am now back with my local chemist they do the same job and are contactable. I was once on the phone for 35 mins then cut off then another 30 mins and cut off it is almost impossible to get through to them.

Don't risk your health by using them. Endless problems, I stopped using them last year when they lost a prescription my doctor sent them, advising they had returned it to my doctors but on checking, they hadn't. As a result, i couldn't get my medication. They had no interest in helping me then. Two weeks ago my doctors sent them my new prescription in error, and recalled it right away, I took that prescription to a local pharmacy and filled it the same day. Pharmacy4U had kept my card details since last year, and the next day they used them to debit my account. They then dispatched medication, duplicating the fulfillment of a controlled substance. The drugs in question are anti-depressants, easy to over dose on. And they still don't care. Criminally negligent.

Just tried to phone this company and never got through after 57 mins!!! They have had my prescription for 5 days and I still have not heard from them via email as to when I will receive my medication and whats worse I will run out in 3 days time.
This will be the last time I use them and I suggest you do the same.You can not mess about with peoples medicine. Customer service even worse than BT.....absolutely disgraceful.

This company has had my prescription for 6 days and it’s still not been despatched, I have now run out of one of my medications, you can never get through on the phone, avoid like the plague, use your local pharmacy !!

If you think the process will be Quick and easy then you will be disappointed . Just go to the GPs. The whole service is just a waste of time and effort. The experience is worse than going to the GPs itself .

Needing a repeat prescription I bought a PPC (prepay cert) to reduce cost. Placing the order online with Pharmacy 4U was fine, but they could not process as they had to authorise the PPC. After 2 days no luck, so a call to sort things out. I got bored of being on hold after 20 mins which sums up their service. So without making a single transaction I can say my life isn't long enough to deal with companies like this.

Very poor, prescription went in, 2 weeks later still had not received anything. After a phone call they said that the items I needed were not in stock and that they would give me a code to go to a pharmacy and collect from them.

No point in using this company if you have to wait longer than 3 days and then get told that you have to collect anyway. 2 weeks without medication is unacceptable and not even to be contacted to tell me what is going on etc.

Was getting my prescription from this company, but because I have quite a few medication they put it in to bigger box to go through the letterbox so I was having to go to the post office to collect it defeating the whole object of getting this way because I’m disabled and it was supposed to make life easier but it didn’t,I phoned them asked them if they could put it into smaller boxes and said that they couldn’t Because of the cost very disappointed.

This company is a joke, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I have sent my prescription to them, which I have payed 165£ for, asked their customer service and they said they had it in stock. Then within the next following days they just said they don't have it in stock and no estimate when this would arrive to send to me. So I had no option apart from cancelling the order and order from another DECENT pharmacy. Then they said they have sent by post and today I received an email saying that I should arrange A NEW PRESCRIPTION AS THEY WON'T SEND MY PRESCRIPTION BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!! DREADFUL EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD PEOPLE!!!

Thought I'd give it a go i wish i haven't what a joke ordered 10 items a few days later just one turned up three days later i called to see were the rest of my items where i was told to wait a day or two waited two to recive an email canceling part of my order,, i called up to be told i need to go to my gp to get an EpiPen they have manufacturing difficulties !!! But good news my other items had been dispatched,,,,until i said there is no point in your service if i have to go to gps and the pharmacy then i was told ok your order will now not be despatched..... really bad service DON'T waste your time

Terrible service, very disorganised, never take responsibility for continual mistakes that they make.
STEER CLEAR.....

I ordered 2 boxes of Colabone from this company in Greece.,about ten days ago. My package arrived this morning. It was dispatched almost immediately by UPS standard. You need to go on to your account to find the tracking no. as they don't automatically email you on dispatch.
Good service.

WARNING STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! Extremely poor service. Extremely bad customer service. My partner needs her tablets or she is in excruciating pain. It took three atempts to close her account. Prescriptions sent by doctors, Pharmacy 4U saying the doctors hadn't sent it. Doctor even showed us proof. If you need repeat prescriptions just go to your GP and get it yourself. As pharmacy 4U in our experience will leave you suffering. I dread to think what would happen if you are completely house bound. Absolutely shocking. I think it's absolutely laughable that they are advertising on tv. I think your advertising fund would be better spent on staff training, better managment and ensuring your promises first time round.

Une commande passée sur ce site le 04/07/2018 ( et dûment réglée ) n'a jamais été livrée à ce jour.
Pourtant j'ai adressé 6 mails de réclamation qui n'ont généré que des mails automatiques, mais aucune réponse relative à la non-livraison.
De plus, le site ne propose aucun numéro de téléphone, donc aucun moyen de contact.
Il s'agit bien d'une arnaque.

Really Bad customer service ,the phone line number don't work.GP surgery been on the line for 45 minutes transferring for another number to go to speak with someone to cancel the service.
I tried to contact them beforehand on the email service twice and not reply were send to acknowledge my request,don't use this service.

Absolutely fed up with this company had several mishaps and have decided to do it the old way. They blame everything on the doctor not signing the perscription and make all sorts of excuses. I think they have taken on too much and cant cope . The phone is always off the hook so you cant even speak to anyone. 1 very dissapointed customer.

Bad service all round, I never asked for my prescription to be issued, got a email to say that it had, and my card had been charged, when I first contacted about this was told basically tough it's gone through, 4 days later my so called prescription is still with them. Phoned up yet again staff very rude and talk down to you, finally made my self clear and that I never ordered my items, so waiting on a refund, stay well clear of this company

Absolutely terrible. They are a money driven company. My husband has a specific manufacturer prescribed medication which is noted on his prescription. The company delivered the wrong make of tablets. When questioned they said they would resend the correct tablets. They didn’t. To summarise when we questioned why they had not redispensed they said “the brand was too expensive”. They have refused to refund the money we paid for the wrong tablets and we have now returned to our doctors pharmacy. We are now going to the pharmacy regulator to complain the error and their total disregard for my husbands health. No apology from the company. The consequences of my husband not having the correct brand could have been detrimental to health.

I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM VERY HELPFULL AND PRESCRIPTIONS ARRIVE ON TIME .AND CAN RELY ON THEM.WOULD NOT GO BACK TO USING A CHEMIST AGAIN
