Had an issue but Pink repaid all
Had a problem where i was being charged for 2 units as i did enquire about a second but my wife rented it on her account, tried to contact Pink storage several ways without success, eventually stopped the payments and Pink communicated with me.
A glitch in the payments, HOWEVER Pink returned all the money immediately, and was very nice about it, i do recommend Pink Storage especially for 'short term' stoage

Couldnt believe how easy it was to hire a storage container. It was set up straight away,easy to get key. There is good access to container. Would highly recommend.

Constantly increasing prices every…
Constantly increasing prices every couple of weeks. Im now paying quadruple from when I first started paying less than 6 months ago and as it’s a rolling contract they get away with it . Don’t get scammed like me for there no frills service and over charging people .

Fantastic
Booking the unit was easy.
When we arrived it was very clean and there were 2 bottles of water and 2 packs of haribo sweets waiting inside, which I thought was a really nice touch. The units are secure with cctv and a gate that is accessed by number plate recognition.
Over all very impressed.

First time using Pink Storage and found the whole process from initial contact to gaining access to the storage unit a breeze, site and unit itself seems very secure with using number plate recognition for access into the site a definite plus, customer support again very good answering any questions openly and honestly, won’t look anywhere else than pink storage for any future storage requirements.

I used the online booking system and process was clear and simple to follow. I did have a slight issue when I arrived at site as the unit I was allocated was in appropriate due to access. This was Easily rectified on the telephone and I was given a new unit with instructions.
Super location, clean tidy site and being half price for the first 8 weeks was a great selling point. Lovely touch with the water and sweets inside a spotless unit. Would highly recommend.
