Ordered an item online from them for £449, they then contacted me to tell me they didn't have enough stock of the item so couldn't fulfill my order and would refund me immediately, 14 days later and still waiting for the refund.

Horrible service and hassle to get refund for an item THEY canceled

Purchased and paid for Samsung HW930F soundbar but item was cancelled as it was oversold and not in stock yet was back being sold the following day.

Six days on and two phone calls later with there "customer service" with horrendous attitudes l'm still waiting for my £449.00 refund. If its not received within 48hours I'll charge back via PayPal or my funding source, section 75 via credit card.

I can't review my merchandise because I NEVER received it. In fact it never existed despite money being taken from my credit card. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate. After I placed a food processor in the basket and then PAID for it with my credit card immediately and the payment showed up as having gone from my credit card AND the order was confirmed by email, I was informed I would hear from them about delivery but I did not. When I rang, a man vaguely said there aren't ANY and they did not know when they will receive stock! I said when then why the hell did you happily take payment from me if you had NO stock? He did not have an answer. I had to speak to a manager who also had no valid excuse and I required a refund for non existent goods. There is a word for this kind of business and it is DISHONEST. Buyer BEWARE.

Item was supplied missing all power cables & accessories. I emailed to request a return, no response. I have called their customer services at least twice a day every day since it was delivered. After 5 days the phone was actually answered today, and I was told that they’ve been busy but someone should respond to my email request. That still has not been done.

Item not as described (missing stand for pizza oven) contacted customer services post delivery and was told it may be a separate delivery?? Agent stated they would phone me back to confirm, been 2 days still no contact. Sent 2 emails, no reply. Tried phoning several times and no answer. Would not recommend this retailer to anyone.

All very straightforward and at a really good price. I’m delighted with my new Delonghi Nespresso machine. Thanks very much, I will purchase from you again.
