Avoid this company at all costs.
I was planning to purchase an item that was advertised as being on promotion, so I contacted customer service to confirm the delivery timeframe. Strangely, as soon as I ended the call and returned to my basket to complete the checkout, the price had increased by £80.
The following day, I called again to ask about the promotion, and once again, immediately after my call, the offer was removed entirely.
This experience felt extremely dishonest and misleading. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, especially when there are many other websites offering better deals and more transparent pricing.

After some clarification with a manager from PRC on promo codes, structure of delivery fees and payment methods on their website that I reviewed earlier for the online ordering process, I am now happy to upgrade my assessment of this long-established supplier known for their speedy delivery and competitive pricing in Essex.

I paid for the product and received a email saying that they would arrange for it to be delivered. It’s been one week and they still haven’t contacted me.

The company has now contacted me the person over the phone was very friendly he mentioned that the particular item I ordered had been oversold due to popular demand and promptly cancelled my order and a refund has been given.

Quick service, item dispatched and delivered in timeframe expected and kept updated as to delivery. Great quality and price and delivered in excellent condition. Fantastic Sound bar and Subwoofer Samsung SamsungHW-S700D. Would definitely use this company in future.

I was able to use ClearPay for x4 installments.

Initially I gave 5stars but now amending to 2 stars.
We weren't gonna be at home in time for the order so I tried to reschedule for a Mon/Tues delivery right after the holidays and it's been a nightmare to reach anyone. The delivery company wouldn't let you reschedule without contacting PRC and PRC office isn't open during the holidays.
The deal on the product was great but the delivery experience is a let down.

Poor communication. Got a copy a paste invoice email without the details. Didn't reply to my e-mail when I mentioned it was seemingly a copy & paste message.I do however now have the invoice. Lady over the phone was friendly TBF, I just wish they'd communicate between given the large sums of money I was spending.

Ordered an item online from them for £449, they then contacted me to tell me they didn't have enough stock of the item so couldn't fulfill my order and would refund me immediately, 14 days later and still waiting for the refund.
