Having now spent a lot of time on this & thinking that c/service could renew my listing, HOLLY came back to me to confirm this ! & done it , suggesting that when IT change their mind about non UK clients i would be informed ??? A very non professional approach by PRELOVED & a wasted 2x months for me ,
i joined Preloved many years ago as i live in France & had spoke to various clients her using the web site , so i thought i would try it , hoping to buy items from it ! But the delivery costs prohibited this ,

I have been a member on preloved site…
I have been a member on preloved site for a few years. I now find it a load of rubbish! Why all the unwanted ads popping up? I have now cancelled my membership. Not worth the trouble. Will stick to another online selling site which is very easy to use and NO ads.

Great customer service from Preloved
I have used Preloved for years to advertise the few pets I have bred, and this time I was confused by the new rulings surrounding dog microchipping, but it was explained really well by Katie in Customer Services, who, once I had changed the wording on my advert, posted it straight up. Excellent service, thank you.

preloved is one of the best sites. …
preloved is such an easy site to either sell, or buy on. Any problems, and the reply very quickly, and sort things out. I have used Preloved for quite a few years, and find it is brilliant. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very good level of service offered by Katie.
Due to the number of characters in my advert title, I was not able to change the price of my items. Katie showed a very good level of customer service by changing these for me in short order.

I submitted an ad which seems to stuck at waiting for approval for quite a few hours.
I contacted customer services to advise that my ad is still waiting approval.
I received an email back from Sally at customer services who apologised for the delay and approved the ad immediately.

This used to be the first site I went…
This used to be the first site I went to if I wanted to buy or find a home for a dog. It only cost a fiver per yr and was worth every penny. I just went to the site to look for a dog as my 13yr old has died and it was impossible to read the ads because of pop up ads designed to make me click on them by accident made it impossible. I wont be using this site any more

ABYSMAL USELESS SITE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE ABOMINATION THIS SITE HAS BECOME. IT IS FULL OF ADVERTS NOW COVERING THE CONTENT OF EVERY OTHER PRIVATE ADVERT, AND THE POP-UP MINI ADVERTS WITH THE WOKE COLOURED KNEES ARE SICKENING. THERE IS NO UPDATE BUTTON AVAILABLE TO REFINE SEARCHES. ONE CANNOT SEE THE PRIVATE ADVERTS DUE TO THE ADVERTISING ADVERTS CONSTANTLY COVERING THE CONTENT. I GOT RID OF THE APP A LONG TIME AGO BECAUSE I CAN'T SEE WHAT'S FOR SALE, DUE TO MULTIPLE ADVERTS COVERING THE CONTENT. THIS SITE HAS ALWAYS BEEN AWFUL, BUT GOT FAR WORSE IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS.
