So helpful when we encountered an issue. Replacement items sent through really quickly. Great to speak to a person on the phone rather than an automated message. Great service. Highly recommend.

Love the pillows
It was easy to order the pillows on the website. They arrived promptly with no issue. The pillowcases are thick and soft. The pillows are really soft and lovely. Such a good night's sleep ever since I purchased them.

Saved my neck!
I can't recommend the firm pillows enough. They put an end to many years of neck issues overnight (no pun intended). No pain, no pain is what I say!
I wake up refreshed and relaxed.
