Received mattress the deliver men were friendly and polite,the mattress is worth every penny and our sleeping has improved dramatically. With both my partner and I having had hip replacement it is so comfortable.

Company has yet to honor free disposal of old mattress promotion
I bought my mattress under a promotion that they would pay for delivery and disposal of my old mattress. I did not check my invoice carefully enough (others beware) and ended up having to pay for disposal. The company says you had to check a box, but it is my contention that I did and that the website malfunctioned. Their complaints department has not responded and it has been about 5 days.
