A good night's sleep
I ordered the pillows as our stay at your Port Solent hotel was very comfortable. So far at home, they are still comfortable. The delivery service was when it was expected so no issues there.

One of the best mattresses I've ever ordered
Ordering is click click, pay, done, simple, as with anything that you buy online these days. Delivery was sorted, and it arrived on time on the right day, Delivery team even txt me when they were 30mins away, another plus.
So far the mattress excellent with only 1 minor point, and that is that some of the springs squeak. Hopefully this will go once the mattress has settled in for a few more months, but very pleased overall.

Love the mattress it’s very comfortable, delivery was not the best, they were hesitant to take the mattress upstairs and there was a mix up regarding taking away old mattress which was sorted out eventually but regard a reluctant call to their head office.

Lovely pillows come with pillow protectors...Sadly the delivery was late because the first set "went missing" after the delivery company DHL "lost" them. BUT they were quickly replaced and then delivered OK. ...All's well that ends well........

Worst service ever
Made online booking for Plymouth as I have many times. I was unaware that owing to Firework Championship taking place premier not keen on accepting booking for night before and one night of championship, Got all the way through booking (although my account kept using my spouses name not mine) after paying had message stating problem pls phone. so phoned. Took 20 minutes to get through. Then informed that the room had been booked to someone else (over the fireworks at higher rate !!) no alternative available. Clearly disinterested person on phone. Luckily found Invicata hotel who could teach Premier inn how it should be done. Used premier for years - not any more

Every aspect of the product and delivery was excellent. The mattress quality is superb and exactly as I experienced in Premier Inn, Gloucester Quays, the staff at which were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to be able to buy it from your website so easily
