5 star bridesmaids' dresses
I recently purchased bridesmaids’ dresses from Pretty Lavish and could not be happier with the whole experience.
The dresses came in a beautiful variation of colours, and the quality is excellent. (Exactly what you hope for when ordering for such a special occasion.)
Delivery was quick, and the presentation boxes were beautiful; felt really luxurious.
I did need to contact customer services about one part of my order, and the team were fantastic; quick to respond, very helpful, and wonderfully personal in their approach. (Thank you for this!)
Overall, I am extremely impressed. I can highly recommend Pretty Lavish and would happily use them again!

Excellent customer service I made an error with a late return and they kindly allowed me credit, responding super quickly even on Christmas Eve and resolving so I could relax knowing I had not lost that money over Christmas!

Appalling customer service
I have placed five orders with this company spending in excess of £350. I ordered a dress that looked long on the model but at 5'7" thought it would be okay. It touched the floor with heels on. I returned it. As usual I had to pay £4.50 to cover the cost of the return...no problem there I suppose. You are asked to return all orders within 48 hours of raising a return. I rushed it to the post office. Waited a few days and they received it. I received updates regularly and then I was notified of my refund. They deducted another £12.95 as refund of their shipping costs. I wrote to their customer services telling them that their description was incorrect...the dress was way too long. I received a reply from their customer services telling me that it's all in their terms and conditions and that I should have read them. Appalling customer service.
I will not be ordering from them again...the quality of their clothing isn't that great generally either- cost per ware is hgh. I feel that most high street stores offer better quality and cheaper. They certainly don't charge you over £17 for placing an order and changing your mind.
You can see from their reply to my review. The information was incorrect on the item I purchased....I have them enough time before I left a review.
Of the items that I have previously purchased..I can honestly say you get much better value from other retailers and customer care. Beware before purchasing..

Delayed return
I’m post partum and ordered a few dresses for a family maternity shoot. However due to my toddler being unwell I was unable to return the items I didn’t wear within the return period. I emailed the customer service assistants who were super helpful and quick with replying. With Christmas coming up every penny counts so I’m grateful a refund/credit voucher was possible.

No customer service
Ordered address as I was completing the order I changed my address, and put next day delivery. It refreshed and changed the address to the old address and put 2-5 days delivery, when the confirmation email came through I emailed the support team.
Response from Andi “it’s already been processed” - no confirmation of correct address , no support in resolving despite it being their problem, new property owners refused to give parcels to me.
Terrible service, no telephone number to contact , no apology.

Sheree one shoulder dress
I recently ordered the Sheree one shoulder chocolate brown dress and was so so disappointed. I ordered it for a friends wedding and on the night it has bobbled and frayed and is now completely unwearable. The was a small snag in the dress that has completely wrecked the whole front of the dress.

Evri messed up my order and lost it so reached out to pretty lavish and they raised and issue with them and Evri still cannot find it. So Andi at pretty lavish has kindly sent my order out to me on a free next day delivery and also refunded my delivery charge.

Almost 1 month a go i placed an order…
Almost 1 month a go i placed an order with Pretty Lavish, having not used the company before, 28 October 2025. The value of the order was approximately £100. I understand that this review is partly reflected on the courier Evri but also on pretty lavish. As of the 20 November 2025, i have neither received my order or a refund or return. My address has the potential for two postcodes as i live in a new development, the pretty lavish website would only allow me to select the lesser used protocol, i've had no issues with deliveries before. I updated Evri as soon as there was any confusion around the postcode and they said they would re-deliver. At this time i contacted pretty lavish, who also said everything was fine, they reached out to the courier. I have now asked twice for a refund/ for the parcel to be re-directed back to Pretty Lavish as it appears it will never be delivered. However, the Pretty Lavish still continue to say the parcel will be delivered. I don't understand why they can't offer a refund for goods not provided. As a first time user, i'm not impressed.

I always go back to pretty lavish for special occasion dresses or knitwear as the quality is so good. I recently had to return one item due to sizing but I left it too late over the returns policy.
