Unable to gain access as ‘BUDDY LINK’ did not work!
My husband who recently joined with a ‘plus’ membership, sent me a link so I could accompany him as a ‘buddy’ to the gym with a view to my possibly joining. I opened the link shared my email, name, DOB details and DID NOT receive an email sharing a PIN CODE to enter the gym but this email asking about my experience! My husband tried two more times to send me the buddy link but each time it said This was no longer available! I DID NOT go to the Gym, it appears despite your advertising and his Membership that something has gone very wrong with your links!

Was easy checking in and out
Was easy checking in and out . Camped in my car and just wanted to use the shower. Glad the code didn’t lock out when I forgot my towel and had to pop back out. Will definitely keep this spot in mind for future visits to the lakes . Just for gym use really. Great that pure-gym are able to facilitate a small village like Kendal. Something a big franchise can afford to take the loss on, as opposed to a small business owner with a gym.

The staff at the gym were lovely and…
The staff at the gym were lovely and very helpful but to access the gym. I needed a smart phone, internet access and to supply my email address. All for a day pass, an hour's gym.
A little excessive I feel. I'm surprised you didn't ask for my medical history or any medication I take.
Over all the gym experience was good and I'm considering tagging in to my son's membership, for 4 times a month guest access.

I was looking forward to starting my…
I was looking forward to starting my gym routine ,however I could not find the gym! It took me to Morrisons and after driving around for 30mins I had to give up , I am going to work afterwards I could lot have a shower and had to get changed I. The car,not a happy customer !

The gym is located on Queen Katherine’s Road, just off the A6. Just opposite Honda. You can view the club via the 360 tour on www.puregym.com/gyms/kendal/

Struggled to find a gym as I was working in tbe area for the week.... looked up the gym and access and payment very easy.
The staff on arrival friendly and helpful... assisting with the process.... explained the pin number access. Very helpful and friendly staff, gym clean and access to all that you want in a gym free weights area, cardio area, weight machines.... see ya next week as I'm booked back in at Kendal

Earlier classes please!
Lovely, clean gym. Smaller than expected. Good variety of equipment however and all brand new. Class exercise area is very small, can only fit 8 people comfortably. Classes limited for those who work full time. Would prefer a 6am class as 6:45 is too late. Needs some barbell pads for hip thrust.

Smaller pure gym
Have been to many pure gyms over the years. This one is brand new - but it’s a bit on the small side. Only saw one shower but there must be more. Would be spot on if more spacious.
