Pete was very professional and careful, easy to deal with and communicated at every step so I was never left wondering. He involved me in decisions and it was a pleasure having him renovate my kitchen

From start to finish, the service we got from Quartzize was excellent and I am thrilled with my new worktops. So to Tal for managing my account, to Jake for such an excellent job in fitting the worktops and indeed everyone concerned in the whole process, thank you very much for such a wonderful team effort.

I am delighted with my new worktops had white sparkle the whole experience was amazing Carwyn was outstanding and an asset to the company worked his socks off from start to finish very professional job and everything from finishing touches to removal of rubbish Carwyn was prompt,friendly and could not fault his workmanship had a call from Tal who was also amazing to see if I was happy I told her everyone off my family who has seen it said how brilliant it looked I couldn't afford a whole new kitchen so painted my doors and wallpapered and with the new worktops it looks like a new kitchen 😀

I have has the pleasure of speaking with Tal a few times, she is incredibly understanding, helpful and if she doesn’t have the answers seeks advice to provide an impeccable and seamless service. There have been some minor issues that require remedial work following a kitchen installation which she has organised without hesitation and is always friendly and empathetic. Diolch Tal, Katie x

Do not believe other reviews here go to Quartzize reviews averaging 3.7 and mainly 1 and 2 star.
We had our kitchen make over, doors, draw fronts, work top and sink and tap fitted. All arrived about a month after survey to be fitted by 2 different fitters one the doos etc and the other the quartz work top and sink/taps. From here 25/26 August an absolute shambles,
3 cupboard side panels to be fitted, wrong size supplied (new ones ordered by Kim).
3 Cupboard doors to be fitted, ill fitting wrong size supplied ( new ones ordered).
Dishwasher side panel and door ill fitting (photos sent in) new panel required and attention to Dishwasher side panel.
Door to boiler cabinet requires attention.
Draw front sharp and crack on top edge.
Wrong size sink supplied.
Sink tap and drainer scratched replacement was ordered by David (fitter).
Hob needs attention gap on one side.
24th September another fitter arrived to remedy the issues but still missing a dishwasher side panel and draw front which he ordered along with a replacement sink.
28th October Ben the fitter returns to complete the job, No replacement sink and was told to phone Quartz which I did and they came out with the usual excuses I had been given in the past and said would look into it and ring back which they have not so far done. Their customer Service is basically non existent and do not call back. As the money is all paid up with order and on delivery there is no way of holding them to account for a totally inferior job and no-one accountable.
Avoid them like the plague.

Sadly I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company. From start to finish it was extremely poorly fitted. Took over a year to correct. No real responsibility. Told to pay or wouldn’t correct the errors. Very bad customer advice. I cannot recommend this company at all.

We waited nearly three years before committing to Quartzize because we thought it might be a con. We should never have worried ! From the salesman, through the surveyor and the office, everyone was professional, efficient and always on time. Our installer, Connor was exceptional, a real craftsman and a perfectionist with it. He took a huge amount of trouble, was very skilled and tidy. The end result was every bit as good as we could have hoped. Not everything always goes right with any job, but Connor was up to the task - very impressive.

My mum had her kitchen done and it’s absolutely amazing.So I’d sorted to have my kitchen worktops and sink done too.
Everyone from the team and Claire have been great and very approachable from start to finish.Nothing was too much trouble ,answering any off my concerns .Nick the fitter was very pleasant .He worked effectively ,clean and tidy .Nicks attention to detail was great and asked me throughout was I happy with everything.Well Nick I can’t thank you enough what a difference and we love our new kitchen worktops and splash back and new sink looks.I kept my chrome tap because nothing was up with it .Nick took care taking it out of old sink and replacing it back in my new kitchen with no damage to it .I would highly recommend this company to anyone.My rubbish was pile in a safe place and garden was swept clean .Within a few days my rubbish was picked up .You can’t get better than that .

They did a great job, very happy with our new worktops! Cam was our fitter and he was neat&tidy and polite. Tal was our accountant manager and she was lovely. Very polite and helpful. Any questions we had she answered and made it all make sense for us! Thanks Joes Doors & Quartzize!

Fitter Des did an excellent job fitting my worktops & new sink/taps & transformed my kitchen. However...I am left with a dripping tap. Repeated requests to fix it resulted in the sink/tap company sending me replacement parts & quartzize saying it's down to me to arrange a plumber at my cost! Still to be resolved!

STILL WAITING

I write this review after contemplating for some time and reaching out to the company on numerous occasions.
Such a shame, the product is great! However, I had reservations about using this company due to reviews I read about the aftersales customer service, and I'm sorry to say, I have experienced just that. I had my counter tops done in April, the installation arrangements went well, and everything was done on time, so that was good.
One of my kitchen drawers got damaged (a gouge out of it), also had some leak in the sink and beading wasn't done brilliantly. The sink and beading was all fixed, but not the drawer. Ihave been emailing since April to get this fixed. Although I signed my contract with Quartzize, when I speak to them, they keep telling me to deal with the fitter, who is not responding to my requests to come and fix this. I think it is really bad that the company is not taking accountability and sorting this out, and now I feel I have to leave this review. Such a shame when it is a relatively easy thing to fix!

Excellent product and great service

Been two pensioners in our 80s we were a little apprehensive, about having this work done, but there was no need. From the purchase, the survey and the fitting very thing went like clockwork. Even the small delay for the gas engineer ( which was down to me) the work was completed in less than a day. Everything I was told would happen did ,even down to removal of the waste. Jake the fitter was outstanding .His work was clean and he made sure everything was tidy when he left . All calls made to me from the office and the follow up call from Tal polite and easy for me to understand, as were all the calls to and from the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

From the beginning of the process, right through to completion, the customer experience has been nothing short of 1st class! The team taking care of us, post survey, particularly Tal and Claire, our account managers, Kimberley (kitchen fitter) and Adam (quartz fitter) all did an amazing job, just exceptional!

Kimberly discussed all aspects of the install with us and made some suggestions for better aesthetics for our kitchen makeover. On-time everyday and cleaned up during and after every day, Kimberly pays attention to detail, all the way through, treating our home with the utmost respect at all times.

Following Kimberly, Adam came to fit the quartz worktop, super efficient, clean and very professional.

I cannot fault the service and the outcome from an outstanding team of individuals. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cost effective way to bring their kitchen up to date.

Left same review on Joe’s doors as it’s the same people.
First the salesman (joes doors)was the surveyor. Did the drawings. This is where it went wrong. He never took into account any regulations in his measurements.
They came out (Quartzize now)The gas fitter removed the hob expected back same day to refit it. The guys fitted the pre cut quartz tops to the measurements in the plans.
Gas fitter cancelled said he’d be back next day. The fitting team (paid in cash) said they couldn’t leave without us signing the completion note. Not knowing what was to come we did it.
Next day gas fitter came and wouldn’t fit the hob. The cut hole was too close to the wall and the clearance to the extractor too close. Things the surveyor should have known. This feels like a scam
We had a charity bbq that weekend. And despite lots of calls they did nothing other than say they did their bit. No returns of calls or emails. They said sell the gas hob and use the money towards an electric one.
They only got in touch after we asked the bank to dispute the card payments. Then they rang us once, offered to fit an electric hob. This is weeks down the line by then we had to buy a plug in and play hob, as no electrician would fit it due to hole being too close to the wall. They used our photo evidence to tell the bank they had offered a solution and we had declined it.
I’ve offered to pay 50% of the cost, as they only did half their job.
No response, rang twice this week. The lady dealing with the initial complaint no longer works there. Still waiting for a response. Which is unlikely now as the bank have sent the money back. We are now in a situation where we have paid a lot of money for half a job and had to actually buy a hob at our expense. A company that gives no hoots about customers if they have their money. I would avoid them like the plague. I have to go to trading standards now. It’s a disgrace. They will most likely remove this review. It’s what they do.

Everyone friendly and helpful from fitters to customer service

Shocking experience . 4 visits to get the kitchen correct.plus left side panels off the plans.Therefore left the kitchen looking poor quality and unfinished .

Quote extremely high. Quoted £4400 for 2.6 sq.m of 8MM overlay, plus 5M upstands. Signed the contract on the day and paid a whopping 45% deposit. I called the office 2 days later to ask if costs would be reduced as, on surveyors advice we changed to a different sink option - which would be less time and work, therefore cheaper! I was told no, when I complained, I was told I would get a call back but only got a call back when I chased up with several emails. Having lost confidence in this company, I have requested the order to be cancelled & my deposit to be returned but have been told I can't cancel as materials already ordered! This is very hard to believe as I called the office the same day as the engineers visit and was told by the salesperson that it would be 6 weeks before the installation. I have emailed the Customer Service team and so far have only received an automated reply to say they will respond within 72 hours! That email was sent 5 days ago. Anyone considering using this company, please please read all reviews, take note and be aware.
