Very misleading information to benefit themselves
Very disappointed with Red Letter Days, I booked a Segway experience that was advertised in 3 locations. After booking what I believed to be the Bristol location after receiving an email I proceeded to drive there on the day only to be told that they only offer this experience in Devon.
When I phoned the Segway company they explained this keeps happening and they have been asking Red letter days to remove the other locations off the website but haven’t bothered.
I have contacted Red letter days explaining the situation, asking for answers why they are deliberately misleading people & I’m still waiting for a reply.
I would advise anybody considering using this company to avoid them at all costs. They are crooks

Don’t waste your time or money
Booking and exchanging is confusing and complicated. Nothing is clear and sends your round in circles.
You get a voucher, which you have to scan a qr code to book, which takes you to redletterdays and gives you a page of things that are similar to but not the same as what you’re trying to book. So you pick something similar and press purchase and it’s gives you the same, a page that tells you to scan the qr code to book. No I didn’t type out the same thing twice, this is what happens, like being on a roundabout
Contacted customer service and got a chat bot, managed to get through to a human and they kept misunderstanding because the chat app kept sending my messages only half typed out. Not being able to speak on the phone was really hard for me someone who has difficulty communicating at the best of times.
I’ll be giving strict instruction to friends and family to not gift me things from here ever again, I need a whole nee spa day to recover from trying to book this one

Supercar blast
Process was easy from the start. The drives in the Ferrari and Lamborghini were really fun and the expert staff were brilliant. There was one final drive by a professional who showed how fast the course could be done. I enjoyed the drives so much that I am looking to do it again. Thanks to Rick and John.

Great overnight stay at the Clifton Park Hotel. Dinner was good , followed by great entertainment from a male vocalist.
Breakfast was good from the buffet, good choice & very hot!!

Absolute enjoyment
Absolute enjoyment. We do this High Tea at the Spinaker Tower every year. It is lovely to look down and out prior to our food. The High Tea is always delightful, plenty of time to consume. Very pleasant and comfortable seat and table.

Voucher did not work for what was advertised
I used tried to used the voucher however it didn't give me the full deal and as it was my birthday I was in a rush and didn't have time to contest.

Triumph Factory Visitor Experience
A thoroughly enjoyable guided tour at the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience. A very professional guide made the tour both interesting and informative. The supply of earpieces was a nice touch ensuring that the commentary could be heard whether near to the guide or not. A first class cafeteria with very helpful and friendly staff. Booking was very straightforward with a prompt friendly callback confirming the details.

The afternoon tea was delicious & plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, the venue was lovely. Great to be able to browse around the garden centre & shop after our tea. I would thoroughly recommend this experience.
