Exceptional Cirsumstances
I asked customer services fro assistance with a voucher that had expired. Due to some exceptional circumstances, they did this for us free of charge. I did not expect this and was very thankful. Great service.

Venue closed on date booked
When we went for our afternoon tea the place was shut for staff training.
I did get a very apologetic response and was invited along any time.
However as I wont be in this area again for quite some time, I couldnt rebook. As the voucher was redeemed and I lost the opportunity to book elsewhere

The Wing Walk Company made the whole experience wonderful. The whole team helped me as I have a knee replacement and am very short. It was no trouble to them and they helped me in any way they could to get on the plane. I really enjoyed the experience and raised a lot of money for charity.

What an awful company
What an awful company.
Please look at alternatives.
We had a voucher for a dining experience but when we went to book it it was no longer available.
We had to increase the value of the gift card to get any nearly as good.
We found a tasting menu at Galvin London,
Booked as the app said via open table for 7.15 which was available.
All good We thought.
Then the restaurant emails back saying this tasting menu is only available from 9pm on Thursday, Fri sat, as they are busy with paying customers.
But we can book a table at 7.15 and use the amount on there normal menu?
Why can we just have the tasting one?
On the Red letter days web site it doesn't say you cant eat at a normal time or have to book after 9pm?
There is?a complete lack of transparency this really is?awful.
I have tried customer services but the robot says putting you through but then tells you they are off line because you are calling after opening times with a list of the times ? Its 11:15 in the morning on Thursday??hows that work.
This really is stressful,
My partner and I work shifts and getting a free weekend is difficult enough as it is but the real insult is that we can have a table at 7.15 to eat off the normal menu but as a red letters day customer we cant use it on the tasting menus we booked for untill quite late which really is unacceptable.

This was a brilliant trip to Emmerdale…
This was a brilliant trip to Emmerdale film set. Was definitely worth going to see and the chap who took us around was very good. We were not rushed everything about Emmerdale was explained, the cottages are so real to see highly recommend the trip

The voucher was great.
Good value for money.
The wording on the voucher suggested 3 tapas per person and 1 cocktail per person.
Unfortunately it was three tapas to share. So there was a big bill to pay at the end. Not ideal for your hen party. Other than the wording not being clear. The voucher was very good. Will use again.
