Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Had an awful stay at Britannia hotel in Scarborough. The grande hotel's 6th floor should be condemned.
Contacted red letter days to get a refund on voucher but they fobbed me off with Contact the hotel but they dont care either.

Was not as described and awful hotel wasn't bar spa and restaurant. Couldn't gain access to building phone number on the door nobody answered. Toilet leaking in room bed broken slats. Continental breakfast box of cereal absolutely a waste of money and paid extra as well for extra night with red letter

Had trouble booking my experience
Had trouble booking my experience, after several attempts, tried to contact. Found the AI chatbox really annoying, eventually was put through to a person, Namhla, who quickly have me a link to book, which worked straight away. All in all was eventually great, just annoying that was initially unable to book directly.
