Extremely poor and unacceptable…
Extremely poor and unacceptable service. Delivery driver arrived with replacement gas hob all opened and then re-sealed with tape unprofessionally. Box all tampered and damaged whilst being in transit. This was £1000 appliance that arrived in this condition and then poor after service advice on phone

RGB done good!
Although RGB delivered my item on time to the depot of the company who were delivering to me, unfortunately, that company were not as satisfactory. This is no reflection on RGB. They did their job and done it well!

Absolutely atrocious
Absolutely atrocious! If I could give zero stars, I would! Appalling customer service. The joke of a delivery company (BJS home delivery) sent guys that had no idea what they were doing, my husband actually had to advise them to use a trolley after them attempting to lift a huge appliance. My flooring was damaged in 2 places removing my old appliance and the new appliance was left at the doorstep because it was ‘too large’ to get in. On unpackaging this, it had a huge dent on the front. We have now been told by both the delivery company and RGB that the flooring is our fault for not covering it, and the appliance must have been damaged by us. Genuinely appalled. We have footage of the delivery guys and their incompetence and plan to take this further! AVOID BOTH COMPANIES ST ALL COSTS!!!!
UPDATE - In response to RGB’s reply, I can assure you they do not take concerns or damages seriously in the slightest. That is written here to seem like they are trying to help, complete rubbish! Their call handlers were rude, talked over the top of me, had no idea what they were talking about half the time, and like I say, I’m now left with flooring and a fridge freezer to replace out of my own pocket due to the incompetence of both them and their chosen joke of a delivery company.
I’d advise anyone that is shopping for any large appliance to go ANYWHERE else, the likelihood of it being dumped at the doorstep is very high, imagine that for someone with no means to bring it inside. Honestly unbelievable!

Box wouldn’t go through door so delivery men said they couldn’t touch it , we had to unpack it ourselves and get it through the door which wasn’t good as I’m having chemo at mo and I’ve got fractures in my arms but we managed it but we weren’t happy we didn’t pay for installation as it had to stand 4 hours before being plugged in
