Box wouldn’t go through door so delivery men said they couldn’t touch it , we had to unpack it ourselves and get it through the door which wasn’t good as I’m having chemo at mo and I’ve got fractures in my arms but we managed it but we weren’t happy we didn’t pay for installation as it had to stand 4 hours before being plugged in

Had a large American fridge freezer…
Had a large American fridge freezer delivered however RGB has a policy that the product cannot be unboxed outside meaning it would not fit through front door so left it as a door step delivery which meant I had to single handed had to move a 140kg into the house . Reason given incase of damage in moving through front door unboxed even though it could be inspected once unboxed was even willing to sign a waiver

Our delivery policy requires certain large appliances to remain packaged until they are safely inside the property. This is in place to minimise the risk of damage to both the appliance and the customer’s property during handling. We appreciate that, in this instance, this meant you had to arrange the final movement of the appliance yourself, and we understand your frustration.

Awful unfriendly military-like experience
First contact was a ream of caveats and get-out clauses warning me what they would charge if they couldn’t deliver - there was no inking of friendliness in any customer contact, a lot of covering of their backs which made me extremely nervous. I was interviewed over the phone again when the delivery driver forced a mobile into my hand and my responses were recorded - very very prisoner handover type experience - scary people.

The service was excellent,i Received confirmation of my delivery a few days prior, then received a time slot the day before via email and text making sure all relevant information was correct. My time scale was between 2 - 5pm. Received my tv by 2pm. The delivery guys called half hour before reaching to let me know they were on their way. They were polite. The only thing they didnt ask was, where I wanted it place or check to see for any damage but instead just place inside my door and left. Luckily it was ok.

Fantastic service and great customer care.
Order was placed for a replacement American fridge freezer and delivery dates were available immediately including the next day. Arrived within the time allocated (3hr window) and was handled with care. The 2 man team where polite and helpful and happily unpacked the new appliance and removed my old one (was a charge of £49) but worth every penny. Fantastic service and was called and emailed immediately after the drop off to ensure I was happy and no damage to my home or new appliance before rhe delivery was signed off. 5*
