Excellent service from both the knowledgable sales team (Ioana) and Murray and Dylan who delivered the couch. Arrived on time, set up efficiently. The team provided a temporary couch while we waited for the delivery of the new one. Highly recommend and will be back for other furniture in the future.

Murray and Dylan arrived when they said the would, took away the old mattress then brought in the new bed, carefully negotiating the stairs up to the bedroom. They installed the new Ottoman bed and demonstrated how to lift the top. They took all the packaging away. A very pleasant, polite and efficient pair.

Murray and Dylan were friendly and efficient. They took away my old bed, mattress and headboard,delivered my new bed, took the time they needed to assemble it, and took away all the packaging etc, leaving me with nothing to do but enjoy my new bed. Such hassle-free service is brilliant and I will be back.

I haven’t shopped here before as was under the impression it would be expensive. I bought a gorgeous corner sofa for a bargain price of £1600. The staff are very helpful. The delivery was earlier than planned which was a bonus. Murray and Dylan who delivered it were very professional and polite. Good job all round from everyone.

Brilliant work scheduling a new carpet and a new bed delivered in the same day. Carpet fitter was excellent, even trimmed the doors so they could open. Murray and Reece did a great job delivering and assembling the bed. Excellent.

Staff very helpful from 1st day visiting store right up to delivery of sofas.
Steve and Murray that delivered my order took care getting it into the house and putting it together especially when there was a problem linking the 2 sections of the large sofa. Would definitely recommend Richard F Mckay.
