Neil and Steve delivered my couch today with a very professional manner. They were both friendly and very kind, nothing was too much trouble for them. Altogether Neil and Steve made the delivery process stress free. Thank you. My purchase from Richard F Mackey has been exceptional from first visit to delivery. This company customer service is first class.

The sales service was first class. Everything was fully explained and plenty time taken to discuss sizes colours design etc. Suite arrived within 2 weeks which was exceptional and the delivery team Neil and Steve couldn’t do enough for me taking old suite away and assembling new one. Warm, professional welcome received from Reception to the same received from Paul in the showroom. He listened and guided us through the Stressless range matching our requirements. In depth discussion whilst relaxing on a comfy Stressless sofa enjoying a coffee. Order made and we were so pleased to receive our order earlier than expected. Good communication from the Team at all times. Received the day prior to delivery our two hour window slot. Neil and Steve were warm, professional and calm removing our old suite which will be donated to the British Heart Foundation and being respectful of our property. Ordered a Harrison Spinks Bed, Paul Connel, the salesman was extremely helpful with my specifications, I needed a deeper base, he called the company to see if it could be done, I was delighted it could. My bed was delivered today by Neil and Steve, they were very professional and helpful. They assembled the bed and made sure it was in the right position. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very happy Customer.

Great service and guidance in store from Jas back in June when we ordered our Stressless sofa and recliner.
Neil, Steve and Ben delivered them on 11th September - a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. Ben (a 17 year old) was on his first day “out in the field” and we were very impressed by the calm and careful way that Neil and Steve explained to him what they were doing during the installation of the sofa. They gave him great instruction as to what he was to do and how to do it. Our old sofa and chair were removed and the replacements brought in without hitch, and great care taken doing so. Couldn’t be more impressed with the team - very friendly guys and a pleasure to have in our home.

While visiting The Royal Highland Show at Ingliston in Edinburgh this year, l drifted into the Richard F Mackay stand, while looking at all the beautiful furniture l was approached by an extremely pleasant and indeed a very helpful sales representative called Jas. Jas was very knowledgeable & informative about a powered Stressless sofa l was interested in purchasing - as so was Michael.
My sofa was delivered yesterday, on the exact time slot l was given, by two very experienced pleasant young delivery men - Murray & Dylan! With great care they set up my new sofa and took away my old sofa, which will be given to the British Heart Foundation Charity

Suite arrived in March with damaged chair. Murray & Murray took excellent care bringing furniture in & immediately sent photo of damage to warehouse manager. Replacement chair eventually arrived 5 September when Murray & Dylan were careful, professional and respectful when carrying heavy chair in & removing packaging.

We ordered two sofas from Richard F Mackay and they were delivered by Neil and Steve. On of the sofas was a three-seater, pretty heavy, and it had to be carried up three flights of stairs. They were both big enough and strong enough to deal with it and careful too, no bumps on the walls. Excellent job. The sofas are good too.

The delivery guys, Murray & Dylan were great. They removed the old furniture and brought in and set up the new items. Very pleasant and helpful. No mess.
