My new chairs arrived before the expected date ( I was informed that they were ready earlier than expected). The staff in the showroom were very helpful and patient while I made up my mind. Murray and Rory , who delivered my my chairs, were polite and very helpful. It was a pleasant experience shopping at this store.

Murray and Rory delivered my new suite on time. I’m delighted with the overall service from beginning to end.

The men delivered my new recliner. They came at the time specified. Very nice and very polite and pleasant. Took the time to show me how to use the chair. Even Took away my old chair!!.5stars to Rory and Murray.

The guys (Steve & Reece) arrived on time and were very careful in removing our old suit and bringing in our new one and putting it together, loce our new suit looks and feels so comfy.

We had our 2 sofas delivered, within the time slot, this morning. Despite there being a slight access problem, they solved this promptly and soon had our sofas in situ. They waited while we tested the recliners and made sure they were all operating correctly and we were happy. Steve and Reece did a great job, real credit to the Company. Thanks Guys.

Jas that sold us our couches was superb from the start and kept us up to date with how our order was coming along for delivery. The couches have now arrived and Neil and Steve who set them up for us were brilliant too. All such quality service and so helpful. The couches look great and even thought there is a slight correction needed Jas was straight on the phone to let me know what would be done. No fuss. And the price we paid was along the lines of other furniture shops we looked at which was a pleasant surprise.

Highly recommend. Great customer experience service in the showroom when looking for a new suite for our home, good competitive pricing; stored the suite for a few weeks allowing us to finish decorating the room; delivered with care by Neil and Steve who were super friendly too.

Very nice showroom with good quality furniture and helpful, non pushy staff. Delivery today did cost £50, but Murray and Dylan were particularly helpful in removing all the old furniture, as well as carefully installing the new.

Delivery of our new stressless sofa and uplift of old one was stress free!! Murray and Dylan were excellent and extremely careful negotiating the new sofa into the house and into place in our living room.

My wife and I have been customers of Richard F Mackay Ltd since before Jason was a boy. Jason and his team have always provided excellent service in a friendly and professional manner, identifying the pros and cons of different products all over a cup of coffee.
On this occasion this resulted in the purchase of new Himolla sofas which were delivered with much care and attention by Murry and Dylan. Excellent and friendly service throughout.

Needing to replace a 25 year old Stressless chair Mackay seemed the best choice now I'm in Midlothian and went to the showroom.
Nice place, good stock and an excellent salesperson - engaged us and a good price was negotiated and a delivery time agreed.
I'm now sat in massively comfortable Stressless, delivered earlier this week by two splendid people who delived and installed the furniture, on time and without fuss.
My first encounter with Richard F. Mackay Ltd proved to be one of my best retail experiences.

Great shop with quality goods at a reasonable price. They try to help in every way. Delivery guys neil and steve were happy and managed to place everything were I wanted it. Great experience over all,will buy again from here

Liked the furniture. Excellent service from the delivery guys Neil and Steve. Not however impressed that the items were delivered 16 weeks after purchase instead of the 6-8 weeks promised. Delays happen but RFM did not let me know what was happening. I had to call repeatedly. Poor after sales service.
