From ordering to delivery - a seamless professional service. A great service from Zac and Ian who delivered our TV. They changed their delivery schedule on the day to ensure it was delivered at a time when I was in to receive it.

Awesome guy who kept me very well informed and helped me with getting item to location as I’m recovering from injury - very kind, prompt and efficient. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault the service from ordering my TV on Saturday afternoon over the phone to it being delivered today just 72hours later free of charge and the delivery man was extremely helpful. All in all would not go anywhere else to make a purchase.

Zak and Ian were early - they delivered a 65” TV straight into the lounge. Very polite and friendly - told me that if I have any problems to give them a call - customer friendly.

Zak and Ian rang before as they were going to be early to see if it was ok to deliver early rather than tell me they were coming early.

The staff, product and pricing are all brilliant, but the delivery service left a bit to be desired.

Furdeco delivered the TV but it had received significant damage in transit and had to be returned. From looking at their reviews, there are repeated incidents on TVs being damaged in their care. For a 5 star service, I would urge Richer Sounds to find an alternative delivery service for fragile items.

I was advised of the expected delivery time by text. This was then followed up by a p/call from Trav who said he would arrive in 20 mins.
Trav was very polite, friendly and courteous, taking his shoes/boots off in the hall, before placing the item (tv) on the carpeted lounge.
The package was clean and undamaged.

Phone call to confirm time, volunteering to take shoes off at the door, very polite and friendly; all adding up to a good delivery experience and a very satisfied customer.

Great service from Richer Sounds distribution team . Everything went to plan.
Initial 4 hour time slot provided at the time of ordering . Next morning narrowed down to a 2 hour slot . Gareth rang 15 minutes before arriving .
As expected TV was secure in manufacturers packaging .

Excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered my first hi fi from Richersounds 30 years ago and the service was brilliant going back then. Glad to say nothing has changed.
They had the exact model we wanted with a £100 reduction so we ordered online. We opted for a next day delivery for under £10 (John Lewis was £100 dearer with a £20 delivery charge) and it was received 10.30 am the following day.
Very courteous delivery guys who were really helpful and who were reassuringly from Richersounds.
Fantastic service all round.
