Bought Litter Robot in this shop

Bought Litter Robot in this shop, after 3 years the power unit stopped working, the shop sent irrelevant details asking to order and replace items myself. Please do not buy this from the shop as you will have to do repairs yourself, £600 is wasted, never again

We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve experienced with your Litter-Robot, and we understand how disappointing this can be.

For clarity, your unit included a full 24-month warranty, as indicated on our product page at the time of purchase. When you encountered issues in July 2024, while still under warranty, our team provided extensive support and replaced several components at no cost, including:
DFI hardware
Anti-pinch pins and base contact pins
Bonnet terminal pins
Motor
Cable
Bonnet
Base
All of this work was completed free of charge under warranty.

Your unit was purchased on November 11, 2022, and is therefore now outside the warranty period. Even so, we have continued to assist you with troubleshooting, recommendations for replacement parts, and step-by-step videos to help resolve ongoing issues.

It is important to note that, like any electronic product, components may wear or fail over time due to factors such as regular use, cleaning habits, humidity, environmental conditions, and general long-term wear. These situations are not uncommon with automated devices.

However, RobotShop always stands behind our customers. Whether a product is under warranty or not, our team remains committed to providing support, guidance, and solutions for all products purchased through our store.

Delayed shipment and terrible customer support - do NOT recommend

My experience was very disappointing: my order wasn’t shipped for more than 3 days, and when I asked for help, the agent insisted it had already shipped — but the tracking only became active hours after their response. I had told them I don’t live in the U.S., so I couldn’t receive it when it finally arrived late Monday. With no support from RobotShop, I arranged for a friend to pick up the package on Friday, but it was already missing. When I reached out again, I got no meaningful help. Overall, this was a very poor experience in communication, logistics, and customer service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are very sorry to hear that the situation surrounding your order was difficult and that it did not go as smoothly as expected.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was placed on November 9th and shipped from our Vermont facility the next business day, on November 10th, using Standard ShipBob delivery to Kissimmee, Florida. Standard delivery with ShipBob can sometimes take up to two weeks, depending on carrier volume and local processing times, and we understand how this can be challenging—especially when timing is important. According to the carrier, your package was delivered to the parcel locker on November 17th at 1:19 PM.

We also understand that you were outside the U.S. at the time, which made it difficult to receive the package yourself. We truly empathize with the inconvenience this caused and how stressful it must have been to arrange pickup from abroad.

Regarding the tracking information, carriers often update tracking shortly after processing, and we apologize if the timing of those updates caused any confusion. Your comments about communication are taken seriously, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

For future urgent or time-sensitive orders, we generally recommend selecting an express shipping option to ensure more precise delivery timelines. That said, we understand that every situation is unique, and we regret that the standard timeline did not align with your needs on this occasion.

If this delivery was associated with an Airbnb rental, we kindly suggest reaching out to your host to confirm whether the parcel may have been held or relocated. If the host confirms that the package is no longer accessible, please contact our Investigations team and request an RTS (Return to Sender) so we can assist you with the next steps.

We are also very sorry to hear that the package was no longer available when your friend attempted to retrieve it. Parcel locker access and retention times are managed by the carrier, but we understand how disappointing this outcome must have been.

Osoba odpisująca na maile, bardzo nie uprzejmie odpisuje. Poczułam się, że jej tylko przeszkadzam pisząc. Dodatkowo dostałam informację, że produkt zostanie wysłany w poniedziałek, a bez żadnej informacji wysłana została dopiero w środę. Można uprzedzić, że jest opóźnienie, a ja niestety nie zostałam poinformowana. Jestem bardzo nie zadowolona i więcej nie zamówię noc z tej strony.

Neuware bestellt, benutztes Produkt erhalten

Wir haben einen neuen Lavviebot S und Zubehör bestellt und via Vorkasse bezahlt. Im Shop wird dieser auch als Refubished für 300€ weniger angeboten. Wir haben aber das teurere neue Gerät geordert.

Die Bestellung kam zügig an.
Beim Auspacken vielen recht offensichtliche Gebrauchspuren (Urinreste, Kratzer etc.) auf und schließlich viel uns im Inneren des Lavviebot sogar ein Zettel mit einer Refurbished Checkliste in die Hand.
Ich habe den Sachverhalt entsprechend beim Support sofort gemeldet. Dieser meldete sich zwecks Bezahlung zuvor auch umgehend innerhalb von 24h. Auf meine Bitte um Klärung zwecks Umtausch in das bestellte Gerät bzw. Erstattung der Preisdifferenz habe ich jedoch bisher keine Antwort erhalten...

Never received item, hard to get (partial) refund.

I never received the item which they sent out with their courier of choice. After extensive back-and-forth with the seller, who responded in an arrogant manner, they finally agreed to issue a refund for the item itself but refused to reimburse the shipping cost.

In the end when pointed out that they were legally obliged to refund the full amount, as they are legally responsible for successful delivery of the item, they chose to ignore the message and stall any further communication.

There is no reason at all to why they would deduct shipping. Seems like a lucrative business.

The only conclusion I can make here is that I am being penalized for ordering with them.

Will definitely never order anything from this fraudulent, arrogant store, ever again.

It is a bit pricey (hence 4 stars) however if they have what you need they will get it to you rapidly and in good condition.

Ich habe bestellt- Grosser Fehler !

Ich habe bestellt. Mit Vorkasse bezahlt. Dann kam ne Mail dass die Lieferung sich verzögert. Bezahlt am 4.8., Verzögerung bis 12.09. Preis 180 Euro für Roboterhund. Einige Tage später kam eine weitere Mail, dass die Lieferung sich bis - "beste Schätzung"- zm 12.10.2025 verzögert. Toll, aber schon per 4.8. kassiert. Nach Stornierung mussste ich zehn Mails schreiben und mit Anwalt drohen, bevor ich mein Geld zurück erhielt. Angeblich wurden meine Zahlungsdaten nicht gespeichert. Es kamen diverse Male die exakt gleichen Mails - mit KI erstellt. Vorsicht und Hände weg ! Keine korrekte Lagerbestandsverwaltung, keine seriöse Buchhaltung ! !!! Achtung !!!!

Obwohl wir ungefähre voraussichtliche Liefertermine angeben, können diese leider aufgrund von Faktoren außerhalb unserer Kontrolle, wie z. B. Lieferanten- oder Versandverzögerungen, variieren. In Ihrem Fall kam es dadurch zu mehreren Änderungen der Lieferzeit, was verständlicherweise Enttäuschung und Verwirrung verursacht hat.

Wir möchten außerdem klarstellen, dass Ihre Stornierungsanfrage am 20. August eingegangen ist, wie von Ihnen gewünscht. Da die Bestellung per Banküberweisung bezahlt wurde, hatten wir ursprünglich um Ihre Bankdaten gebeten, um die vollständige Rückerstattung veranlassen zu können. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Rückerstattungen per Banküberweisung in der Regel 2–5 Werktage benötigen, bis sie auf Ihrem Konto eingehen.

Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Sie während dieses Prozesses erlebt haben. Dies entspricht nicht unserem angestrebten Serviceniveau, und wir prüfen den Fall intern, um unsere Kommunikation und Rückerstattungsverfahren zu verbessern.

RobotShop has the best customer support…

RobotShop has the best customer support team I’ve ever dealt with! They are always friendly, uplifting, and truly go out of their way to make sure every question is answered. Their educational products are top-notch, offering some of the best robotics and STEM learning tools available today. At times, certain products can be on backorder, but what I really appreciate is that they are always transparent about it — the expected arrival dates are clearly indicated, so you know exactly what to expect. That honesty and communication really set them apart. Overall, a fantastic company to work with, whether you’re ordering for personal projects or educational institutions. Highly recommended!

Great support

My neighbour had an issue with his litter robot 4. I helped him with the communication and processes to get it fixed.

The support staff were amazing sending various parts until the robot was returned to working order.

I own 2 litter robot 4s and I love them. Would recommend to anyone

Great service will order again

Ordered a Unitree robot for my company and they were quick to answer all my questions and provide a quote. Once I placed the order the product arrived quickly and I am very impressed. Thank you.

Ik heb 2 jaar geleden een litter robot…

Ik heb 2 jaar geleden een litter robot 4 gekocht. Deze is nog steeds goed werkzaam. Klantenservice reageert redelijk snel ( binnen 2 werkdagen). Ze hebben ook allerlei onderdelen van de litter robot 4 die whisker niet verkoopt dit maakt het erg prettig.
