I am very happy with the product (Bilton bathroom shelves in brass) - I had had them on my radar for quite a while but was hesitant a bit due to their price + shipping costs (to EU) and so continued searching further. As I could not find anything that would match their desing + quality at this price level, I ended up buying theirs and they are stunning! Exactly as pictured, superb quality with fitting material attached, eco friendly but sturdy packaging. They perfectly complement my vintage looking like bathroom. They are worth every penny, highly recommend!

The customer service I received after having a problem with my order was excellent and far outweighed the issue I had. What was a really nice touch was a little written postcard with a beautiful picture on the front sent to me through the post separately to my order being delivered. The products are of exquisite quality and I will definitely be buying again.

Paid nearly £3000 for a sofa bearly one year ago. When my husband sat on the sofa the castor leg flew off and the sofa collapsed. On inspection there were 2 holes under the sofa (one where castor came out). We couldnt screw the castor back in. Emailed rowen and wren with this issue and photos provided. The next day we were sent an envalope and a little note. The envalope had 4 metal pieces in and a note to say for screwing castor in. These were useless. We have books propping this sofa up. We have a small, very loved, ragdoll cat and he often goes under this sofa, if he were there when this sofa collapsed he wouldnt be with us today. My husband weighs 11 stone and we have no children, he also could have been hurt. We told r&r we were uhappy with how they delt with this. We will be persuing and taking this to the ombesman under the consumer right act. Under this sofa is made of cheep playwood that you cant secure this castor back into. Its a big hole, the makers themseves must have had issuess as there are two holes . If I were able to I would post a vedio of this poorly made sofa. Made to look good but this one was obviousley defective. Customer service also poor with sorting this. We are hard workers and have waisted a lot of money on this faulty, dangerouse sofa.

Update. 21/9/26 .I have been contaced by Rowen and Wren and a plan is in place to resolve the above issuess.

I was worried about buying furniture online so contacted Rowen & Wren with some detailed questions on internal drawer measurements, delivery times and wood colour. They sent a sample of wood which helped me decide on the Stanton oak table and I am delighted with it.

A good experience.
We are very pleased with our chair. It looks great in the space we wanted it for and is comfortable and well made.
All the measurements are exactly as advertised, though it is a little smaller than we imagined it would be - which is not a Rowen and Wren fault!
The chair was delivered in the timescale stated and we were informed of when it would arrive, asked if that was convenient and the delivery came at the specified time.
Finally, a thank you to Zoe at customer services. We were undecided about what colour to choose. Discussion by email with Zoe was really helpful.
Both this query and my query about delivery, sent to Rowan and Wren by email, were promptly and effectively dealt with - great customer service- thank you.

My experience with Rowen and Wren has been nothing but exceptional.
The products are unique and of high quality.
The customer service was also 2nd to none. Response time was quick and extremely helpful.
They made me feel like a valued customer, therefore I would recommend anyone to shop with this wonderful business.

I purchased the Orla round gingham cushion which had been further reduced in the sale. It has added a wonderful pop of colour to my grain sack armchair. Delivery was prompt and Rowen and Wren offer a really charming service

Rowen and Wren has become my go-to for furniture and “bit and pieces” for my home. Everything is so beautifully made and made to last generations, questions are answered quickly and helpfully by customer service and it’s just a wonderful all round experience.
I have always been someone who buys antique furniture because frankly I’ve never previously found anything that is new but is sufficient quality, fairly priced and suits my aesthetic. The detail and care that goes into each of their pieces is impressive.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve now bought a LOT from Rowen and Wren and I feel like they have really earned this one!

I can’t recommend Rowan and Wren highly enough. Their after-sales team were absolutely fantastic — so helpful, polite and professional from start to finish.

The returns process was incredibly easy and completely hassle-free, which is such a refreshing change from dealing with companies that make returns unnecessarily difficult. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, with excellent customer service throughout.

Bought 16 medium-sized Matt brass handles for our refurbished kitchen. They look great against maple wood. (You need to know that shorter screws are available.) The quality of the handles are exceptional. Not only do they look good but they feel comfortable when pulling open a drawer or door. Returns were easy as we experimented with different finishes and communication with Rowan and Wren was often thoughtful and efficient. We are very pleased. Thank you R&W.

Excellent service, quick delivery times and beautiful, beautiful items. We have used Rowen and Wren rails, hooks and knobs plus the lovely bath mats. Really adds the finishing touch.

I recently purchased the "Noah Linen Patchwork Quilt" from Rowen and Wren. The item itself is beautiful and well-made, but is unfortunately not composed of the materials stated on the website. On the purchase page, R&W states: "Sublimely soft, cosily enveloping and crafted from 100% linen" and highlights its "Natural Materials." However the item is in fact stuffed with 100% polyester fiber. Polyester fiber is notoriously friable and pollutes waterways during washing, exactly what I was trying to avoid in buying a "100% linen" product. It's quite annoying to pay a premium for what you think is going to be reliable product, and then receive a facade.

We are newcomers to Rowen & Wren .
We ordered a rusted garden obelisk which arrived quickly and is just as pictured on the website. We are delighted with our purchase, thank you
