I previously posted that I hadn’t received my refund but the email from secure my booking had gone to junk and on my statement was the payment under an exotic different name - impressed with the speed and efficiency generally - unfortunately I didn’t get the agent’s name but it was great comms thankyou

You never know what might happen and it's a comfort to know if you need to cancel your booking you will not lose everything. The process was very straightforward and the money was refunded to our account by the following day.

I provided all of the required information and evidence, and it was a matter of days that I heard back, and a few more days and I had the entire amount returned directly to my bank account. Quick and painless, and no runaround like you might expect from an insurance comoany. Very satisfied and will definitely buy again. Small price to pay for peace of mind, just in case.

Why should you have to prove that there is a serious illness or death just to get a refund, you should be able to get a refund anyway.

My husband passed away suddenly so going to the event we had tickets for would’ve been painful. They easily cancelled our tickets & immediately refunded them.

I received my refund straight away, which was great. The process was straight forward and I was lucky I had the information that was requested. I may have had a problem if I had to go to a GP to get a note for the reason, that would have cost me just short of my tickets, so in that instance the insurance wouldn't have been worth it.

A fast service - really simple online form. Send your original email receipt for tickets, evidence for why you cant go (i sent a prescription of antibiotics photo with my name and date) and refund was in my bank within 2 days. Excellent and so worth the £2.50 per ticket

Directions for applying for refund were clear. When I did call regarding a question, I received a warm and helpful response. Refund was made quickly.

On Friday 2nd October, we were unable to attend a show due to road closures. On Sunday 4th October I sent a claim and on Tuesday 6th October we received our refund, which was much quicker than I expected. Excellent service from Secure My Booking.
