The site was not working properly so I inputted several times, had to phone up and was advised to try again later. This time it worked. So frustrating to begin with but I have been refunded now and that a good result.

Easy to use once I found how to upload email booking confirmation. Refund super speedy into bank account. Thankyou

I simply don't agree with your policy of requiring a doctors' written confirmation for justification for a refund.
The refund was issued but required a lot of work on my part to secure the necessary proof

After suffering a detached retina, I was promptly refunded the cost of tickets for my party of four for Kynren in Bishop Auckland. Well worth the £8 refund charge.

They were easy to contact by phone. They were helpful with all my queries regarding the application for the refund of my tickets. Once they had agreed, I for filled the criteria for a refund, they refunded my tickets very quickly.

The instructions given by Secure Refunds (on behalf of Secure My Booking) to complete the claim form were clear and concise. This included giving a list of documents required for each eventuality prior to starting the form. They also gave advice on how to complete the process of downloading documents required. And true to their word, the claim was settled well within the time scale given.

While I did have a bit of difficulty recognizing some terms, ultimately it was an effective, mostly straightforward process. I must thank and congratulate staff who promptly replied to my questions.

I had a hip operation at relatively short notice and was advised to avoid crowded spaces in the week prior to my operation. I had plenty of documentation regarding the operation but nothing to confirm the recommendation to avoid crowds. My doctor was happy to provide this information, but the charge was £51, almost the price of the theatre tickets and as this company was proving so difficult, I didn’t think it was worth the risk. Unfortunately this is another case of Insurance that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Despite speaking on the telephone and writing numerous emails they wouldn’t budge. My recommendation is to save your money and not bother with this rip-off company.

Very straightforward and an easy to complete form. Evidence for claim submitted (photos of hospital appointment card) and money was in my account quickly. Obviously sad to miss the concert I had been so looking forward to, but at least the refund helped! Well worth purchasing.
