I found the form a little difficult but managed with the help of my husband.
My refund was given without quibble within three working days.

After completing the form and supplying…
After completing the form and supplying the evidence . I then had to keep sending the booking form about 3 times after you've already completed the details on the original application.
But after they were happy with all information supplied the refund was next day

Due to a family bereavement.
Due to a family bereavement we were unable to attend the theatre on 03/10/26 and I applied for a refund, sending the requested information. I heard back the next day and two days later was told my claim had been paid. When I checked that evening, the money was already in my account. Excellent service, thank you.
