Well worth the extra £1.50 to have the reassurance. I got slightly frustrated either way the application as it kept taking me back a phase but once it went through my refund arrived in just a few days.

Difficult to access refund process
The Theatre Ticket refund was processed quickly, however the only way to access this was to use a complicated app. This is not disability inclusive and thought should be given to allow application for a refund via other means such as email, phone and post.
Addition: Thank you for replying. Remotely available additional support IS NOT useful for people who cannot access the only means to submit a claim in the first place. More than one route to claim needs to be provided from the onset for Equality purposes.

Receiving my refund was very straightforward though it is impossible without keeping 100% of your booking information when you book, including the exact performance, it’s cost and how you paid.

First time using this company
First time using this company, must admit i did check with ticket seller before giving detakls Refund issued speedily.
Website was a little difficult at times as couldn't seem to save progress,but that could have been me. I wasn't too happy about attaching sick note as felt intrusive but understand the need.
All in all certainly worth the small amount it cost me to add the insurance when I booked the tickets.

Took me nearly an hour and a half…
Initial phone call gave me an incorrect email address for where to send information. I finally managed to get the correct email address and to send to that email address which took me 40 minutes, only to be told I had to fill in a form on line....on trying ,it emerged my information was not in an acceptable format! another 45 minutes struggling to get in the correct format....Rest assured I will not be using your service again!
