Very helpful customer service
Having to miss a show I really wanted to see , because of family emergency. I contacted secure my booking for a refund they were very understanding and advised me of what I should do, meaning sending copies of my tickets, me not understanding how I should do it on my iPad. My old age. After a few emails sent which they didn’t receive I then got a phone call from a lovely girl who took all my details and helped me get my refund. Which arrived in my bank within a couple of days. I wish I remembered her name. Thankyou

Claim for money back due to sickness
I found the form and all the information very difficult to complete and it kept signing me out ! Twice I had to go to the chat line for help . And all this time I was suffering a migraine! However I can't fault the speed of getting my refund . But I don't think I will be using this company again!

I purchase ticket insurance and then…
I purchased ticket insurance and then had to jump through hoops to get my refund. I submitted the proper paperwork and had to redo the application 5 times in order to get it processed. I would click on the link and it would tell me to fill out the whole application again not just the missing item they were looking for. I did a chat and they sent me the link to use and I still had the same experience. I finally did get my refund and do appreciate that, but the website is very difficult to navigate.

Absolutely a top class experience. My friend was diagnosed with cancer and unable to attend. The response was instant, the refund within 24hours. No hassle. No quibble.

Easy and Efficient
I had to request a refund due to illness of one of the ticket holders. The refund website was easy to navigate and it didn’t take long to complete the form.
Communication was good with the refund being confirmed within 48 hours and the money was in my account later that day.
This is possibly the easiest and most stress-free claim I’ve made in a while! Thanks.
