Bunch Of Scammer Create this site and collect the money for 3 yrs plan,

Now I can not acces phpmyadmin, no malware remove

and I cannot delete the malware file because it is in root....

I feel like a complete fool handing my money to these crooks when I could have just looked them up in the first place.

After days of getting a domain name and hosting from these scammers the site is yet to be reachable. No DNS propagation whatsoever, just nothing.

Please somebody should tell me where I an report this scam of a business and have them taken down before they inflict any more pain on unsuspecting customers.

The customer service is non-existent. They never answer a ticket, email or phone (which has now been disconnected).

I signed up for a 3-year hosting plan to manage multiple websites, expecting reliable service and support. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case.
Several of my websites have been infected with malware and are no longer functioning. It's been 4 days I have submitted a support ticket, but there’s been no response and no action from the company so far.
What’s worse — this is only the first year of my 3-year subscription, and they’ve already gone silent. If I had known support would be this unresponsive, I would have never committed to a long-term plan.

This is just the worst host company I have ever used, I am so so disappointed and deeply regret ever falling for the scam advert. Their hosting plan is totally opposite of all they advertise. Their customer support is just zero, you can imagine that it's sales department that take technical complain, something that he or she knows nothing about. Their so called live chat has no one to receive and attend to complains, not even an Ai, it just looks like they have only one staff employed under ServersGate I can never recommend this host company to anybody. They just held my business ransome for a year plus now. The worst part is that my Host plan with them is 3 years plan. I don't even know why I didn't check them up before going for their host. I can never make this type of mistake again.

I think the company closed the gates! No longer replying to clients queries. The service paid are not delivered. You need to be cautious when considering paying anything from them until the company clarify what's going on.

I will never try this server again, and wherever I find myself, whether it's on social media, in real life, or on domain sales websites, I will complain about it. It has been seven months without a response to any ticket, and they don't reply to anyone. All they do is convince you to buy a domain or any package. They answer messages for a few days and then stop responding completely. Trust me, don't buy it; you'll regret it the moment you do because they do nothing. They just use you. Even the slightest hosting service is better than this serversgate.com site. Don't throw your money away. They ruin your goodwill as if you're not their customer. Don't buy, don't buy, don't buy.
