Hello everyone,
I purchased premium hosting from Serversgate.com a while ago, and it was unfortunately one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I can confidently say that they are the worst and most useless hosting provider I have ever encountered.
Here are some of the problems I faced:
* I requested help 3 times over a period of 2.5 months, but I never received any response.
* They completely ignored my questions and concerns.
* They do not answer their international phone numbers.
* Even after I complained on Facebook, they did not fully address my requests.
* They are using an extremely outdated version of Cpanel (106).
* They don't even have the most basic terminal.
* They are using Mysql version 5 and Linux Kernel 3.
* They pay no attention to security vulnerabilities.
* Despite sending them pictures and files related to my problems, they did not provide any solutions.
I strongly advise you to stay away from this provider. Everything is extremely outdated, and their service is completely inadequate. I urge you to read reviews from other customers before signing up.
Note: If you are a first-time Serversgate.com customer, they may treat you well for the first 1 or 3 months. This is just a tactic to attract new customers. Don't be fooled!

* Price should not always be the most important factor. Reliability and quality service are just as important as price.

Their server is TRASH, and Their support the worst NEVER try to use Their services. you gonna REGRET !!!

I would strongly discourage anyone from any kind of subscription to their services. What they say is offered is not correct.

Support is a joke for this company (no response from them since March 9th). Refund claims are a joke for this company (no response from them since March 10th).

Client communication is a joke for this company.

I bought a hosting package from you and directed the domain to you. Your hosting package did not work. I canceled within 1 day. you said that you would return the payment within 1 week, the payment has not been transferred to my account for the 2nd month. I open a ticket, you don't answer. you are a very fraudulent company and I do not recommend you to anyone. If my payment is not refunded within 1 week, I will sue you for fraud and demand excessive compensation from you. I am a lawyer and I have no doubt that I will win in court. This problem has arisen on my Sahib Israfilzade account.

Serversgate gave us (Inbuiltweb) absolute satisfaction. Fast server, active support, good uptime and a reliable service. Keep up the good work!
