We thought the holiday was good value…
We thought the holiday was good value for money, experienced places we've never been before. The Representatives Chris and Graziella were fabulous! brilliant drivers and had a special repour with each other.
The only bugbears I had were: there were no tea making facilities in the Italian hotel and the French stop over hotel were very unorganised regarding dinner when we got there despite them knowing we were arriving!

We enjoyed our holiday
We enjoyed our holiday to the Isle of Man. The driver was very helpful and the hotel was very comfortable. The meals were great. The reason we didn't give 5 stars is that the process of getting to the actual coach for our holiday takes too long. I don't know what can be done about this but it spoiled the whole holiday experience somewhat.

The tour was fine,especially the Eden…
The tour was fine,especially the Eden project. The main problem for me was the intractable attitude of the hotel manager breakfast 07.00 even though we didn't leave the hotel until 10 am most days. It was like being in a boot camp. Dinner at 07.30. Having to select your choice the day before. No complaints about the staff. Or driver. Hotel very tired and needed a lot of tlc.

Dissapointment lead to Happiness
I was really looking forward to a holiday I'd booked to Jersey next year. I had an E Mail informing me it was cancelled ,because of ferry problems. I was told to ring Shearings , A lovely chap came to the phone and straightaway explained what had happened his tone of voice was very friendly and understanding , We chatted and decided on another holiday.This time to Cornwall. He quickly sorted everything for us our needs etc , So now happy again . and looking forward to our holiday next year.

From mini bus to tour coach the…
From mini bus to tour coach the organization was impeccable. The drivers were great. The hotel was excellent. The room had usb charging points. The bar was excellent, the beer and the pizza were nice. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot.
