We are just back from a fantastic…
We are just back from a fantastic weekend in london , we were away for the Abba voyage experience , Gavin our coach driver was lovely , and made the weekend one that everyone enjoyed , he was so nice and easy to talk to, he took us took us to london for a few hours sightseeing on the friday, and told us places of interest, before driving us to our hotel , again we went to london on the Saturday morning to do more sight seeing / shopping , before meeting back up and going to the abba experience , on the sunday we went to oxford , again that was lovely , it was a full on weekend , and im shattered , but it was worth it, Gavin is a credit to shearings / pats coaches , i would love another trip away in the not so distance future and gavin be the coach driver again , thank you gavin for looking after us all so well, you truly are a superstar.

Very easy to book. I made a sill mistake on the booking by booking myself twice on the trip . The lady in the phone was brilliant and fixed it for me without any issues.

It took 3 attempts to book
It took 3 attempts to book. It. time it threw me out. Tried that date again and it had disappeared. 2 nd time a message appeared saying timed out. 3 rd time that date upped cost by nearly £200.
I then nearly gave up but found a date with the original cost and managed to book.
Really difficult compared with other booking sites.

It took a while to navigate the web…
It took a while to navigate the web page to book the holiday I chose . It was straight forward and easy until I got to paying the deposit where I had difficulty, after several tries I managed to play .

This review just covers the booking process. I needed to change a booking for health & other reasons. The Shearings rep. could not have been more helpful & helped to make the process seamless.
This is all before the holiday has even started!!!!
I've had excellent experiences with Shearings holidays since 2005.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
