AWFUL

Well, I ordered an IPad last week. When the package arrived in the area I realized it got stuck there. When I inquired to UPS about why it has not moved. They tell me Abunda added shipper instructions and they cannot release my package until Abunda contacts them to lift the hold. When I reached out to Abunda detailing this information and the need for them to contact UPS...they stopped responding and would not respond when asked if they are going to reach out... Acima Leasing also said they cannot get in contact with ShopAbunda. Please stay away. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

We did respond to each of your messages within our usual 24 hour window, so it is possible our replies landed in your spam folder.

According to UPS tracking, the package was picked up from a UPS Store on 2/16. We also sent a few emails to confirm that this was you. If it was not, please let us know right away so we can take immediate action.

We are always happy to contact UPS directly when a hold happens. If there was any delay in communication, we truly apologize. That is not the level of service we aim for.

5/5 great customer service

5/5 great customer service. I had a minor issue with a product and they quickly responded back and worked with me to resolve the matter. Quick delivery and shipment tracking made it easy to know when to expect my package.

2 weeks, item still hasn't shipped

I placed an order on December 20, estimated to be here the 24th with 2 day shipping. It's new years eve and the tracking shows it's never left the facility. It was given a shipping label "awaiting shipment". I've emailed twice, and I got one response saying they were going to escalate it... Then nothing. Still sitting in abequerque awaiting shipment. Then they want me to make a payment towards the item tomorrow... This is trash. Talk about a disappointed kid for Christmas...

Hi Jon, I’m really sorry for the letdown here. You ordered with every reason to expect a Christmas delivery, and we did not meet that.

Abunda works like a marketplace where sellers ship items directly. In your case, the seller created a label but never handed the package to the carrier. We kept pushing them for movement and, when it was clear it was not going anywhere, we processed a full refund on Jan 6. We also removed that seller from Abunda so this does not happen to someone else.

I know that does not fix the disappointment on the holiday. As a make good for you or anyone reading, here is a code for a future order: TP20.

If there is anything still unresolved on your side, reply here and I will take care of it right away. Thank you for giving us the chance to make this right.

Customer service is very very good

Customer service is very very good. They respond respectively knowledgeably and fast to email. I order a very large item and received it within three day and one of the three days was Christmas. Very impressive!

Stay away

They deserve no stars.Have a 1500 dollar item which is defective and cannot get a reply on a return. The customer service is horrible. Countless e mails and not one answered. They should be closed down.

Just an update. Sent me a e mail with a return label way past the 30 days return window. Ready to send it back and replied is this still good after the 30days with no response. (2 times asked) Also went and recalled all my e mails in trash and could not find the original e mail supposedly sent. Cassie in the worst person for response. What's worst there is no phone number to talk to them directly The worst experience ever buying off Abunda.

Amazing help from Kenndra

I had to make a return recently, and Kenndra was so nice throughout the whole process. She made everything really easy and didn’t make me feel stressed or confused at all. She explained what I needed to do, helped me fix a small mistake, and stayed patient the entire time.
What could’ve been a frustrating return ended up being quick and simple because of her. I really appreciated her kindness and how willing she was to help.

I finally received a refund only after…

I finally received a refund only after disputing the charge with my bank, Affirm, and the BBB. After all of that, the company reached out and asked me to remove my negative review in exchange for forty dollars. This is not how a trustworthy business operates, and customers should be aware.

Mika, I am really sorry for the experience you had. I looked into this and can confirm we processed a full refund on Dec 4. The $40 offer was meant as a goodwill gesture after the issue was resolved. If our outreach gave you the wrong impression, that is on us.

Abunda is a class act company. I recently purchased a large item and found out I didn't need it after all and with a little back and forth they stepped up big time and approved my return. I really appreciate when OUT STANDING customer service is given. I would recommend this company all day long that's how great they are.
