We are absolutely delighted with the shutters. Good quality and easy to fit. We actually used these shutters as cupboard doors in the bedroom and they look brilliant. I am now looking for the next bedroom.

Order took 13 weeks to arrive, of which didn’t fit to the measurements and so had to reorder blinds again to have to wait another 15-20 weeks!

Not worth the wait nor cost, having to also fit them yourself!!

Great looking shutters. Easy to work out the measurements. Arrived as expected and fitted 3 shutters in a bay window in under an hour. Very happy with the finished installation

I ordered 6 shutters from these guys on the 4th Jan 2021, the quality was absolutely brilliant, delivery was faster than quoted at time of order (arrived on the 26th Jan) i phoned them as i had a couple of questions before i placed my order and they were quick to answer the phone and very helpful.

Easy to install and they look amazing.

Our shutters are fabulous, we waited around 11 weeks over the Christmas period then they came a few days earlier than planned which I was delighted about. My husband had them installed in 30mins, great fit & they look so good!! I'm now ordering for our bedroom & bathroom!!

The only down side was the delivery driver, he wouldn't even slide them in my porch so left them on the front step, as I am pregnant I couldn't lift them so had to get my husband home from work. The driver said it was due to the pandemic but he would not of had to enter our home at all.

The Shutters eventually arrived well packaged and in good condition. Watch the video on the site in order to understand assembly and with the help of my son in law we managed to install them. They very well made and I would have no hesitation in ordering again. The only downside was the very long period with which we had to wait to receive them. If this could be improved it would be great. However I understand we aren’t living in normal times and I’m sure this may have contributed to the long wait. Other than that great product!! ⭐️

The product was not as described. I bought 2 sets of Premier natural oak shutters. The description informs us that the finish is a wood stain. They in fact have what I would describe as a plastic lacquer that makes the product look cheap. Not what I wanted. A case of you get what you pay for?
When the complaint was raised it was not addressed in the hope I would go away.

Woodlux Silk White shutters were ordered for 3 separate rooms. 1 of the rooms has fitted perfectly and looks great. The other 2 rooms had poor quality frames and had gaps in the corners once the connectors were attached. When the shutters are open in these rooms they look great, but when closed the right hand shutters sit slightly higher than the left hand side and does not look flush. The actual shutters are of good quality but not impressed with the framework surrounds.
We ordered oak shutters from this site a few years ago for our previous house and had no issues.

Good quality, perfect fit and easy to install using the online video as a guide. Highly recommend.

The ordering process was easy, the shutters arrived when they were expected, were easy to fit and look very smart. They cut out all the light when in the closed position and provide more privacy than the rattan ones they replaced. We're very pleased with them and would fit them elsewhere, if needed.

These shutters look fantastic. They can block out more sunlight as the sun doesn't shine round the edges of a curtain ( if you want or you can angle the slats to let more light in). They also make the room look slightly bigger and very modern ( in a classic way).

I ordered 4 shutters in Feb 2020, at time of writing (14th Dec) I am still missing 2 shutters and they've just told me they've re-ordered them with a 10-12 week lead time, so I'm expecting them in Feb 2021- 1 year later. They state they're Yorkshire based, but they order their products from abroad and they also state they guarantee excellent levels of customer satisfaction. I've been chasing this order for the last 6 months!!! The only reason I've given them 1 star is because you can't give them none.

Really pleased with our shutters! If you’ve measured properly they’re a great fit. Really pleased with the quality and finish and it really makes a difference in the way the window looks. Plus we can have the window open without our cat escaping now. Delivery was the only disappointment. Arrived just after the final week given in the timeframe. If had been delivered a bit earlier would have been five stars!

Shutters arrived damaged and now another 12 week wait. It’s also taken over a week to sort out ordering the replacement.
