Ordered a customised gift from simply colors. The website was easy to use and a good range of customisation options were available.

Nothing wrong with printing, however lunch box with defects not stated on the advertisement. White marks all over the top part of the box. Not the best communication with customer service.

The result was disappointing.
The embroidery on the Teddy bear was on both sides. Front (as ij the picture on the site) and at the back but backwards.
