My order(placed through Not on the High Street) had a delivery address for a previous present bought some time ago. I immediately notified the company who changed the delivery address to my home and confirmed the correct address. Despite the delivery note in the parcel having the correct delivery address the parcel was sent by the company to the old recipient. She has arranged to send it on to me but Simply Colors refuses to refund the postage

Update. They have now refunded me the postage after a bit of a discussion!

My 7 year old Grandson's personalised Star Wars rucksack has just arrived and it is so tiny. I'm very disappointed with it, the lettering is less than 2cm tall. Including postage it has cost me £25.70. Advice to others, unless you are buying for a very young child, I would suggest you to opt for the larger size rucksack and pay more. Because it is personalised I do not have the option to return it.

Unbelievable service! I required 10 childrens T-shirts for muddy obstacle event. I ordered them Thursday and the were delivered Saturday as promised.

I even managed to get anything the two T-shirts ordered on the Friday morning and they too were added into the delivery!!

I am a third time buyer from Simply Colors. Very pleased with the products, international shipping cost and time (I live in Norway). This time I had to contact customer service about something, and that was a positive experience as well.

My customized t-shirt was delivered with the design I created. It looked exactly like it did on my computer screen. The fabric and print are of a high quality. Delivery was fast. Overall, I'm very happy and will use them again.

There were some glitches in the design software but these were resolved when I phone customer service, who were very responsive and helpful.
