Customer can be improved. Had a slight issue with my new vehicle. Initial response was positive but did no resolve the issue. I made several attempts to speak to the sales representative without success only to be told that he was not available and that they would get him to contact me.He has not contacted me..

Dealt with Hywel, very professional and helpful throughout.
Gave a fair and honest assessment of the car, which was extremely helpful as I live over 3 hours away.
Also arranged delivery, Nigel dropped it off, very informative and friendly person.

Disappointing two hours.
The car was not on site when I arrived for my appointment. The sales procedure didn't start for 40 minutes after my appointment time.
Then there was a problem setting up the myaudi app and the user rights. Dan tried hard, the car had to go back into the workshop for another 20 minutes and the problem was still not resolved. Four days later I did the set-up myself!

Picked up the car, spotted a couple of problems and they were sorted out pronto at our convenience. Great service. Thanks Martin.

What can I say about Martin Nixon. He was first class and went above and beyond as a sales men. His empathy towards us as a family in this difficult time was first class. He is a credit to the Sinclair group and other firms need to take note.

Very easy and relaxed process, Andrew as always is able to go the extra mile to make the experiance painless and enjoyable. This is my forth car from this dealer its always been a pleasure.

We did not have an appointment but this was no problem for Dan, he spent time with us discussing the Q3 & Q5 options with us and all the pros and cons. There was no pressure selling and felt that he was very open and honest with us whilst discussing our needs, we felt advised rather than sold to. Dan went above and beyond showing us a car that had only just come in to stock which we then went in to purchase.
Handover was easy and I felt valued, full demo of the car was given and felt I was confident driving away knowing where everything was in the car.

Seamless experience, friendly service, lovely car

A great, straightforward process from start to finish. Hywel handled all of my queries excellently and very quickly. A very good video was sent and I bought the car ‘blind’ which is a first for me.
Delivery driver was excellent and on time and I couldn’t be more pleased with the car and, despite the distance would definitely use this dealership again.

This the third Audi I have purchased from Bridgend Audi. The cars are always well prepared and they are always ready to negotiate a good deal.

Having had a bad experience with Cinch, Andrew from Sinclair was super helpful, and is a credit to the business, no pushy sales approach, I gave my criteria for ideal car, and as and when suitable vehicles became available he'd always keep me up to date.

Purchase process was seamless, entertained and answered all my queries and more than happy to accomodate a few requests prior to purchase, and the 12 month warranty really offers peace of mind.

Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back in the future should I need another car!
