First time I’ve used this company so was a bit hesitant. Customer service has been excellent and I’m convinced that the price I’ve been quoted is very competitive.

Very service focused. Fast, reliable, organised

I found Skyclub on google, was in a position with a requirement to return early but I could not find on existing prepaid booking. The only solution was to find an alternate one way from LDN/SYD myself, but that would likely be far too expensive. I gave details in web form, pressed send, received a direct call from London within 2 minutes and spoke with Milton. Service from Milton was fantastic, he listened to my details, preferences, preferred solution etc and said he would analyse things and call me back in 30 mins. He did better, replied and called with an outline that solved my problem at a very reasonable cost basis, on a OneWorld carrier (my preference) and only 2 stops LDN/SYD, all business, for a very good price. It was all finalised that same evening (in Sydney) and overnight I received ticket and receipt info. Booking process was simple, I found better than expected I could find. Other reviews show many great people working there keeping clients very happy.

Due to my original flight being cancelled by the airline, I was placed in a very difficult situation where I had to rearrange multiple personal plans and coordinate everything around a completely new itinerary. Throughout this stressful process, Ian went far above and beyond what I expected from customer service.

He patiently handled numerous back-and-forth discussions between myself and the airline, carefully worked through several itinerary adjustments based on my requirements, and remained supportive, responsive, and professional at every stage until my tickets were finally reissued successfully.

What truly stood out was his dedication and willingness to help despite the complexity of the situation. His efforts made a very stressful experience significantly easier to manage, and it is because of individuals like Ian that SkyClub continues to prove its excellent standard of customer service.
