I would like to take a moment to recognise the exceptional support and professionalism shown by Ian during a recent travel disruption involving my flight itinerary.

Due to my original flight being cancelled by the airline, I was placed in a very difficult situation where I had to rearrange multiple personal plans and coordinate everything around a completely new itinerary. Throughout this stressful process, Ian went far above and beyond what I expected from customer service.

He patiently handled numerous back-and-forth discussions between myself and the airline, carefully worked through several itinerary adjustments based on my requirements, and remained supportive, responsive, and professional at every stage until my tickets were finally reissued successfully.
