I love the suitcase I got. It had a crack in it and Solgaard replaced it. Love that even more! 5 star experience!!

I am a weekly business traveler and I am always looking for more efficiency in the products that I use. I purchased the Solgaard Optimist -Simon Sinek backpack and I have loved traveling with it over the last year and a half. I had an issue on my latest trip with the zipper, called customer service and sent a picture. No other questions were asked by Jess (my customer service superstar). Jess immediately began the process of sending me a new one. From day 1 of an issue to day 3 of a solution, amazing service, amazing product....buying more of Solgaard forsure!

It’s always a little nerve wracking for me to file a warranty claim, but Solgaard were so respectful and helpful with it. They’ve always been great anytime I needed to reach out to them for anything and that alone is enough reason for me to recommend and continue doing business with them.

Redenthur was GREAT !!! Fast Friendly and very understanding and I felt likle he acually cared about my issue and wanted to help in any way he could!! He did just that and my new warranty item is aleady on the way in less then 24 hrs from the first contact with him..

My wife and I purchased a couple of pieces of carry-on luggage and have been very pleased with the function and the customer service we received. We did have a problem with one of the bags (probably due to airline more than Solgaard :)), but it was handled promptly and made us feel like we were important to Solgaard. Also appreciate their response on returning the damaged piece... they requested that we donate it to a Foster service so that someone else could make use of it. THAT'S SOLID!

The quality of the luggage is great and the mission of recycling to make the planet better just makes it that much easier of a choice to buy. What really sets this company apart is their customer service. We had a small issue on our last trip and Solgaard fixed the issue immediately. They have gained a customer for life.

I’ve been using my Solgaard Carry-On Closet Original for years and it’s been everywhere with me. I travel constantly for work, at least a couple flights every month, sometimes more, and this suitcase has held up better than anything else I’ve owned.

When the handle finally failed, I honestly almost didn’t even reach out because I’d never actually seen a “lifetime warranty” work in real life. Solgaard proved it’s 100% real. No hassle, no back and forth, no trying to blame me. They stood behind their product and sent a brand new suitcase.

Armely and the support team were great, clear communication, genuinely helpful, and respectful of my time. This experience is the exact reason I stayed loyal to Solgaard instead of switching brands in the first place.

If you travel a lot and want a company that actually backs what they sell, this is it.

I had a tear in my hanging closet. I was trying to order a replacement when Zee from customer service told me they would send me another for free because they stand by their product! I sent them pictures and offered to buy it but they repeated that they stand by their product. Zee was in communication with me constantly through the process with updates and progress reports. I have since ordered an additional carry-on bag as they have proven to me that their product and service is worth every penny. I own (2) large and (2) carry on closets and am a loyal customer from here on out. Thanks, Zee!

I’ve been buying and using Solgaard products for a couple of years now. I’ve got the large check-in trunk, the small check-in suitcase, the Venture backpack, and the toiletries case. All of the products are fantastic. The backpack is probably the best one I’ve ever owned and all of its features are well thought out. You can carry a boatload of stuff for business and travel. I’ve used it as a carry-on suitcase before and with the closet it works perfect for short trips. The suitcases can definitely take a beating and keep rocking. The only issues I’ve had have been a tear in my large suitcase closet and after a year or so one of the wheels got knocked off by the airlines. However, the customer service and lifetime warranty have been fantastic. They’ve either sent me replacement parts or a new suitcase all together. Pretty impressive. I would definitely recommend and have recommended Solgaard to family, friends, and co-workers.

Solgaard customer service really came through for me on a warranty claim. When a piece of the locking mechanism broke off, I filed a claim and Solgaard stood behind their product and resolved my issue. I'm very happy with the customer service I received, and my Solgaard Carry-on Closet is still by far my favorite suitcase for life on the road!

They shipped well after their promised time. Their AI responses to any communication is useless. Nice phrases but no one takes action. That is not customer service. To top their incompetence, they shipped the piece of luggage in the wrong color. I had the idea of replacing all my luggage with the brand but I certainly won't do that. New shopper: beware.

Slogaard is an amazing company! We purchased a carry on closet and it did everything that was advertised! The build in closet is wonderful for an extended trip and staying organized!

I really love the this company’s vision and passion for creating products from recyclable materials. I first discovered them on Instagram and was attracted to their closet feature for the bags. I’ve purchased several of their products and have been happy with every. I did run into a problem with receiving my last order, but after speaking with customer service, they resolve the issue and resent my order. It was because of the customer service help, that I was able to give them 5 stars. Definitely recommend this company for travelers.

The customer service was exceptional. As good as it gets. My luggage got unfortunately damaged and after I sent pictures no more questions asked they replaced it. I wish more companies were like this….spectacular.

My wife and I have each had a solgaard suitcase for about two years now, and the product itself is great. Easy to use, good quality, and the unique features like the hanging inserts really do make longer trips for us super convenient. I don't usually write reviews, but I decided to do so after an interaction with customer service. My suitcase was damaged from some international traveling, and the company fully stood by their lifetime guarantee. It was a super easy process to just email with their customer service with video of the damage, and I have a replacement bag on the way now. Five stars!
