Top notch support - love the lifetime warrenty
First of all, I love the Ibiza Jade in the Shade / Check-In Closet Large! It's a beautiful piece. I travel 150 days of the year, and when I had a few issues, the support was immediate, and replacement parts were shipped out right away. I'm very happy with a lifetime warranty and to know that if I have any other issues, I will be well supported.

Purchased a "new" Solgaard that was used
Received a "new" Solgaard large carry-on closet suitcase - black baltic through my company as a gift. The suitcase had very apparently been used, and was missing the closet component inside. When I reached out to customer support, they stated since it was a gift from my company that would not be doing anything to address the used product with missing components. Just a joke of a company with poor products and worse customer service. Dont buy here.

I have 1 Solgaard bag. It is very well designed with great storage. Their customer service is top notch. I recently had an issue where my luggage was damaged while traveling but I did not notice until I got home. I contacted Solgaard customer service with pictures of the damage and they replaced my luggage with a brand new item. The support rep kept was great and replied right away with any question or concern that I had.

My luggage was damaged and replaced.
My luggage was obviously dropped very hard afterI checked it, and the corner cracked which compromised the structural integrity of my luggage.
I worked with Jessa to provide all of the required documentation and my bag is being replaced. Jessa and Solgaard provided great customer service. I have also previously purchased carry-ons for both my nephews, and I will continue to purchase Solgaard products. Thanks!

3 Years Around the World, Still Covered. Great Support.
My experience was great because the support was fast and easy. Kristine contacted me after I answered the Solgaard AI email. Once I shared the details, she arranged a luggage replacement quickly. I’ve used this luggage for 3 years of international travel, and it has held up well. The replacement process was smooth and stress-free. Great product, even better support.

"In stock" item has not shipped 5 weeks later.
I purchased an "in stock" bag on Dec 2nd for Christmas. After multiple emails, on Dec 20th I was told that "Fedex" had errored in picking up the shipment and so I had to be put at the back of the line in another que for "reshipment" but no guarantees for Christmas. Also, no explanation for why my bag couldn't go out that day since it was a error not of my own doing. Dec 29th I followed and and was told a reshipment order had been issued and the same day I got a new email with a new tracking. It's unclear why this reshipment wasn't scheduled on Dec 20th when I was told it would be. It's not Jan 7th and the company is non-responsive about a shipment, or a commitment, or even to respond to my request for an update. I've requested refund and am posting here so other can decide if they want to fund a startup business like this who exhibits this sort of customer service just trying to ship a bag.

Top notch customer service. There was an issue with my friend's gifted suitcase. I reached out and sent photos. The Customer Service team responded promptly, kindly, and efficiently. I’ve been using my Solgaard suitcase for about two years and have absolutely loved it, so when a hinge screw unexpectedly came loose, I reached out to support to see what my options were. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.
The Solgaard support team was responsive, friendly, and thorough from start to finish. They reviewed my warranty claim quickly, asked clear follow-up questions, and kept me updated throughout the process. Once everything was confirmed, they immediately arranged a replacement with no hassle at all.

Awful experience w/ company & customer…
Awful experience w/ company & customer service. Ordered product on 12/20. No projected arrival window, which is very atypical. Escalated days later and multiple times only to receive elementary AI responses. Spoke with unhelpful rep. Didn’t shop until 12/28 with 1/3 projected arrival date. Know it’s peak season but the e prince is truly one of the worst, if not the worst, I’ve had.
