I ordered some funko pops

I ordered some funko pops, and when I didn't see a confirmation email stating I had ordered these, I reached out to them and they were able to track down the order, which I was surprised that I was getting it sooner than estimated. Everything arrived and was packaged extremely well. Was nice to see the care that was taken. I will purchase again. Thank You.

THREE MONTHS SO FAR NO REFUND:)

I waited Over two months for a refund. Mind you this costume took forever to get shipped and I returned It in timely manner bc it wasn’t right. So I was Told I had To wait 27 days for a refund. Website says 5-7 business days .
First my card information was wrong according to them when I said I have yet to receive my refund. I was Told to wait ANOTHER 27 days. Now it’s we are experiencing high return levels we are trying our best. it’s been three long months now with no refund. I’m never using spirit again , they’re untrustworthy and give too many excuses for customers.

DO NOT BUY INFLATABLE COSTUMES FROM THIS STORE. USE TO LOVE THIS STORE AND GOT EXCITED WHEN IT WOULD OPEN ,HOWEVER NOW I DONT HAVE ALOT OF POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY AS THE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN AND PRICE HAS GONE UP .A FRIEND AND I HAVE BOUGHT MULTIPLE INFLATABLE COSTUMES OVER THE LAST COUPLE YEARS AND THE FANS ARE GARBAGE . THEY END UP CRAPPING OUT AFTER ABOUT HALF AN HOUR TO 45 MINUTES. YES WE TRIED NEW BATTERIES . THEY DONT EVEN SELL REPLACEMENT FANS FOR THEM . ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE QUALITY AND ABILITY TO MAKE IT WORTH THE $100 SPENT ON EACH COSTUME . I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE HOW MUCH OF A RIP OFF THEY ARE .
PS date of review is 2022 and 2023 as we tried to give benefit of doubt . Together we've bought a total of 7 INFLATABLE COSTUMES

PLEASE SUBMIT ISSUES WITH NOT RECEIVNG YOUR REFUNDS TO THE BBB. THEIR REFUND POLICY OF LYING TO THE CUTOMERS AND PROVIDING US WITH AN ADDITIONAL 14 BUSINESS DAYS TO SEE THE RETURN IS CRIMINAL. THEY APPARENTLY HAVE A SECONDARY REFUND PROCESSING THAT CAN BE EXPEDITED, BUT AGAIN YOU ARE TOLD IT CAN TAKE UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS. ORIGINAL REFUND SHOULD'VE BEEN CREDITIED TO ME ON 10/30/2023. IT IS NOW 12/12/2023 AND NO REFUND!

Make sure it's REALLY Spirit who's victimizing you

I'm betting a number of those complaining here never really ordered from Spirit at all but, rather, from one of the unscrupulous scammers taking advantage of bargain hunters … as they did me. Jessica et al. at the REAL Spirit were very helpful in allowing me to recognize the facts of the matter. Make sure your bile is directed properly. Check out Malware Tips (not allowed to post url).

Je dirais que c’est une arnaque. Je n’ai pas reçu mon animatronique commandé il y a 1 mois et demi!!!! En plus, cela m’a coûté 700$!!!! Comment me faire rembourser quand personne ne répond à mes courriels!

I purchased a costume online to pick up…

I purchased a costume online to pick up in store. It was cancelled on me. I received an email regarding the cancellation. This was on 10/29/23. After the cancellation I expected a refund. After two weeks had passed I checked my credit card statement to see no credit. I called up Spirit Halloween and spoke to two people who assured me I would get a credit. Two more weeks have passed and still no credit. When the cancellation occurred, a refund should have been issued. But, even with a call, no refund. Now I have to reach out to my credit card company. Beware.

Halloween Decorations never arrived. The tracking number " doesn't exist " according to Australia Post office. AM150861368CNSprinter
What a Scam. I have email the company 15 times.
I Do not recommend this company. It is a unlawful, dishonest, unprofessional company.

Orders

We bought discounted Halloween decorations, never received them and they have argued with me regarding the items, they do not want to refund and if they do it’s only 20% . It’s a ripoff. DO NOT order from Spirit Halloween. It has been extremely difficult to deal with them. I wouldn’t be contacting the company if I actually received my items.
They have a really poor delivery and no tracking where they deliver to or even if really delivered.

Cancelinng your order

I tried to cancel my order 5 min after ordering and they would not cancel it for me and they make it very difficult to return the item. Make sure its whT you really want before you order because you wont get your money back

Refund not issued.

I have already e-mailed the store twice, and spoken to a representative 3 times requesting a refund (including an expedited shipping fee) on a $500.00+ order which was never received. I have been told a refund would soon be issued for weeks now, over and over again. It is unlawful to keep funds for items which were not delivered. I do not recommend, and I will never shop at Spirit Halloween again.

I only gave 1 star because I have to…

I only gave 1 star because I have to give them something in order to leave a review. I ordered on October 26 and paid for overnight shipping and it said I would receive my package by October 30. I needed it by the 31st so that would have been perfect. But it didn't come when it was supposed to. I didn't get it until November 3. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with the whole experience. I want to return everything and I want a refund and a refund for shipping as well. I tried calling and it says my wait time is between 10 to 16 hours that's unheard of. Now it's saying I can't even return it for a refund. This place is a scam! I would NOT recommend and I will NEVER order from here again!

Excellent customer service at the Fairfax Town Center location. Taylor, Taylor, Caitlyn and Emily were very personable and helpful. We look forward to shopping at the Fairfax location again next year!☠️💀👻🎃

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. And I never wrIte reviews. I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT BUY YOUR COSTUME HERE! I ordered a costume at the beginning of September and it never even shipped. They couldn't tell me why and then told me it was fixed and shipped, when it didn't. Then they couldn't even reorder it for me and had to cancel it but only after I called to follow up. Now I'm trying to get a refund and that's been impossible. All in all I've spent over 4 hours on hold with 4 different people and no one seems to know what they are doing. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Truly a frightful company- STAY AWAY from online ordering!

don't try to return anything

I've bought from spirit Halloween in the past and hadn't had an issue (everything fit). However, never had to return anything, until this year.. This process has been terrible. I've been waiting more than a month for my refund, got placed on hold for over 45 minutes and still didn't even get a confirmation from someone that I would be refunded my 39.99. The lady just told me, she forwarded it on because its a different department. I will not be buying a costume from them online again for fear of it not fitting and having to go through this process again.

Costume never arrived

We ordered a Halloween costume online when it was still "guaranteed before Halloween". The tracking number we were sent didn't work and the costume did not come by Halloween. I tried calling their customer service number but no one picked up after 1.5 hours on hold. Brutal company, wish I read the reviews before ordering from them.

Just to update on this review, we finally got a hold of someone who said that the product was never sent and we would be getting a refund. It has now been 20 business days and we have not received this refund. Be warned, do not ever order from this company. They have essentially stolen money from us for the past 1.5 months and I have no faith they will ever refund us for a product that they never even sent.

Dont buy your costumes here!

This shop's return/exchange policy is customer-unfriendly. I bought a costume today and when I got home I realized it didn't fit. Afterwards, I tried to exchange the costume for another one, but the staff told me that the exchange period ends on October 26th. There is no information about this in the store itself. It's just a small text at the end of the receipt. But you have already purchased it when you receive the receipt with this information. Absolutely terrible. I cannot recommend this money grabbing store!
