Great company to deal with… from speed of picking up the initial enquiry… to producing the drawings… figuring out amendments… and delivering a great product… top marks! Posi joist floor deck now insitu and looks solid! Great correspondence the whole way through… every time I needed to clarify a small detail one of the team was right on hand to guide me. Can’t fault them. Ready to order some trusses now.

This company was perfect!
We are in the middle of a major renovation and from finding them online to the delivery of our order they have been really great.

I have had experiences of different companies, good bad and ugly, really ugly, so Im glad to write this review as I wish everyone we have delt with was this helpful.

Right some details: quick and helpful responses, we had some changes made without any problems they were quick and helpful, but they were also bothered about the simple little details which made life easier for us.

From order and detail confirmation to delivery was fast and without error, which matters!

Finally the delivery was great, sometimes companies are let down by a slap dash sloppy delivery, thankfully not the case with Tailir Made. The delivery was on time and smoth!

All I can say is if you want a hood product made right and delivered in a timely manner choose Tailor you won't he disappointed.

We wanted to vault the roof of a building from 1850. The existing roof structure was completely rotten. I contacted Tailor Made Designs with the measurements and they quickly turned around a design, 3D-schematic and quotation (these diagrams were better than anything my structural engineer could produce!). The process of tweaking the design, through to ordering and delivery was very easy and fast. Delivery on site was very straight forward and the trusses has been installed by our joiner without any problems. My company works on conversions of old buildings and I wouldn't hesitate to use Tailor Made Designs for our next project. Thank you.

I’ve worked with Taylor made before with the company I work for , but this was my first time dealing with them on my own for my own project.

I needed trusses for a workshop build at home, had a good idea what I needed but wanted to check before ordering. Everyone from admin to technical staff were very helpful. Ordering online was a breeze and as stated I received confirmation drawing and a follow up call. Once confirmed they were able to deliver in 2 days. The delivery driver was excellent - nothing too much trouble. I received everything I needed to fit the roof including bracing and clips - all at a great price.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough- I received a standard of service I expect but rarely get.

My planning consultant recommended these Joists. My builder said he thought they were great and would use them and the company again. The ordering process was simple and the company took the measurements and told us what we needed. The computer generated drawings were accepted by my structural engineer.

Right from the fist visit to the factory it all looked very efficient.
They responded super quick to my enquiry with a drawing and quote, were happy to work from some simple self drawn plans.

These guys gave a real fast turnaround and came up with some solutions to work around a lot of steel work and worked with us to overcome some issues on site (doing extra calcs etc).
Would recommend.
