Ordered Twyford toilet pan only as advertised ,got email to say order was incomplete,I replied to email saying I only need the pan.Got email saying carrier did not deliver to my area.Carriers they use areDPD TNT and PARCELFORCE all these carriers are in my area every day.i feel if I had ordered the parts I did not need it would be on its way by now. Will not use again nor recommend. Poor poor service

We have a new build and unfortunately the mixer taps that were fitted were letting too much cold water feed in.
My husband has solved the problem by installing two separate bath taps. We now have lots of hot water.

Empire to ask for the order to be cancelled. The following morning I received confirmation my order was cancelled and they'd arranged a refund. This evening I tried to purchase an identical item online, fine until it came to payment - the web site seems unable to process the payment. Santander have approved it, but the web site can't complete it.
