I’ve used this company twice now to buy barefoot shoes, and both experiences have been excellent.

The shoes themselves are great quality and have become part of everyday life — work, daily walking, travel, and even sprint training. Once you adjust to barefoot footwear properly, it is difficult to go back.

The second time ordering, I needed help accessing my account and received quick, helpful responses. Ordering was straightforward, tracking details were clear, delivery arrived on time, and I was also able to use reward points towards the purchase.

I've lost all trust in this company.

Normally, I trust them a lot and don't hesitate to shop with them, but with my last order: Order #378874
The product wasn't delivered to me. Royal Mail lost the product. I know this isn't the company's fault, these kinds of problems can happen.

But the company is making it unnecessarily difficult for me to get a refund. Royal Mail personnel come and say they can't find the product.

I contact the company and tell them: I didn't receive the product, and the tracking code says "Returned to Sender." The company lost the product and can't deliver it. I ask them to refund my money and not leave me in this situation, and that I should buy the product from somewhere else. Or send me the same product with a different shipping option.

However, the company representative gave an unbelievable response: "There's a 30-day legal period, you have to wait. We need to know how the product got lost, whether it came to you, or what happened." But that's not my problem!

In short, I've lost all trust in this company. If your product is delivered, there's no problem, but if the delivery company loses it, then you're in trouble.
