Stay away a company not to trust a company I’d go as far to say are not what they say they are use your hard earned money somewhere else when’s there’s an issue they run a mile

Technoworld helped us out with a large order which two other Major UK suppliers messed up.

Only issue is the name :) :) and yes thats coming from a guy called Dwardo Rodregez lol

After really poor service from another trade supplier, I discovered Technoworld and I have not been disappointed.

I have an account manager who organises the whole ordering process, pricing is great, communication is excellent and they always deliver on time!

Avoid Technoworld.

Tried ordering on website on friday twice - didn't work.
Rang in, first guy nonchalant as you like.

Today its supposed to be delivered - DPD have delivered it 22 miles away and signed for by someone (not me).
Rang Technoworld - nonchalant as you like and now waiting for support to call me as they say its DPD's fault.

Technoworld only called me back at 3pm (I called Technoworld 10am) to say the driver couldn't deliver it and would take 2 days - Technoworld gave me the wrong information.

Cheap for a reason - stick with amazon or ebuyer - you know youll get it and with ebuyer much better support.

Technoworld are simply cowboys. Do not give them your business.

Update 20/03 - the laptop fan is incredibly noisy so am sending back - Technoworld said they would arrange a courier for today - have had no confirmation back - do not use this company.

If I could give zero rating to this company I would. We spent over £2000 on a Philips High Bright display screen for our business, the screen arrive faulty which we only found out when we installed it and turned it on. Missing pixels and parts of the image in the top right hand side and at the bottom. On passing this on to both Philips and Technoworld, they have denied either an exchange or a refund stating this must have happened during installation. There is no visible damage to the screen and it most definitely wasn't damaged during installation. Beware buyers of any items through this company as unless you pay via a credit card you will not be covered under Section 75. We are £2k out of pocket now with a screen not fit for purpose. We are seeking legal advice as we speak.

AVOID ! Order unfulfilled and no refund

The PC was showing as "in stock at approx £1,100". I place the order online and they take the payment. The next day they say it is out of stock and offer an alternative product or a refund.

I take the option of the refund, which they say I will receive in 2-3 days. After 5 days the refund has not been received (and has still not been received at the time of this post). Strange that they can take the payment immediately but cannot refund it promptly.

Also, the item is still showing as "in stock" but at approx £1,450 !!

So the item WAS in stock but they were no longer willing to provide it at that order price !

5 days have elapsed and no refund received

From start to finish. Best price around, delivered only 18 hours later in the busiest weekend of the year. Will definitely be using again. Thank you.
