I ordered a laptop which worked initially but a couple of hours into some hefty downloading of music production software/samples had some kind of critical failure and ended up in a blue screen restart loop. These things happen I guess, I don’t normally leave reviews but I had honestly the best customer service I’ve ever had. I corresponded with Minesh J. via phone and e-Mail and he was superb. My laptop was collected by DPD the very next day, received, assessed and a new one sent out in a couple of days. I haven’t actually received the new one yet (sent out today) so can’t comment on the new laptop yet, however the customer service was excellent and I feel 100% confident if unfortunately any further issues will be sorted out swiftly and smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Technoworld again. Minesh is polite, friendly, helpful and an absolute credit to the company. Give the man a raise and a promotion!

I spoke with Technoworld after an issue with another company failing to forfill my order. It's so hard to come across the level of customer service I received by TechnoWorld. Both times I have ordered I have spoken with Peter and its been an exceptional experience. The prices are also much better than others and support is great. I would strongly recommend this company especially to those who have any scientism. Thank you Peter and TechnoWorld, please keep up the amazing service.

I am pleased to write this review as a result of my pleasant experience with Technoworld PLC, particularly, with its customer service.
I ordered a stylish and high-performing laptop that arrived quickly. Unfortunately, despite being pleased with the item, I had to return it for reasons related to its design.
The customer service was very supportive and kind, making the return process very smooth and cost-effective.
I would definitely recommend and consider Technoworld for future purchases.

I purchased a PC for my elderly Mother-in-Law for her Christmas present.

I needed a backlit keyboard, but for whatever reason, I ordered one that did not have this feature.

Entirely my fault.

I raised this with TW and was passed to a chap called Minesh.

I've seen a few bad reviews on Trust Pilot, but I cannot understand why, as my experience was been anything but.

Minesh was absolutely brilliant as have the whole of Technoworld - who very kindly arranged for a courier to come to the house, collect the PC and they fully refunded by money - no deductions, nit restocking charges nothing - the full amount.

They were courteous, they were efficient and they were very friendly.

Honestly, I would not hesitate to use TW again - absolutely first class.

Ordered a HP laptop - made a phone call to check it was in stock and the order was taking over the phone to ensure I got the last one that was in stock - very pleased as I had been let down by 2 other retailers. It was delivered the next day and has been easy to set up. Great customer service and would definitely use again.

Ordered HP laptop and Care Pack. Chose TechnoWorld as they were a HP Partner. Laptop delivered within promised time by DPD. HP were a bit slow on sorting the care pack, but Will rattled their cage and got it sorted pronto.

You are here to ripe off our money..I have ordered Hp laptop with Microsoft Office installation and HDMI port however I had received Toshiba laptop which is almost 14 years old model without any of the features which was promised in their advertisement..when I complain..you stopped taking my call or replying my messages..I need my replacement what has promised or my money back..

Very pleased with service. I'd ordered a couple of things, including an 'International' computer keyboard, not realising that this meant it was a US and not English format. The Sales team contacted me straightaway to check whether this was actually what I wanted to order, and helped me to choose and order an alternative keyboard, with English layout, thus saving me a lot of time and trouble.

I contacted Technoworld to assist in purchasing three laptops at 16.50 on Friday. I received a full spec and proforma invoice by the end of the day and received all three laptops by Monday lunchtime. I really couldn't ask for better customer service from Will and the team.

I phoned late on a Friday after another supplier let me down. Technoworld said they could put the order through if I ordered in the next 20 minutes. I went back online and ordered a Lenovo laptop expecting delivery the following Monday or Tuesday. In fact my parcel arrived the very next morning Saturday at 11 am. Phenomenal service.

ordered a laptop, i was contacted by Technoworld asking if i would like an altrnative model that had a better processor for the same price, i took up the offer, as well as the better processor it was also next day delivery for no extra cost, well impressed wiht the service and contact from this company, first time customer and was a little nervous but didnt need to be, all went well, very happy and would buy from them again.

The service I have received from this company is excellent - from order to delivery and receipt of invoice. No fuss - no nonsense - great communication and pricing. Well done!! I will certainly be ordering more in the future.

Purchased one day, and received the next. Not just once, but twice within the same week, and that was from one end of the country (London) to the other far up North near the Scottish Border. All well packed, and packing in perfect condition. Quick, efficient, and an adequate online account facility that allowed me to track progress, not that there was really any time to do that. And a competitive price. What more could you ask for? Indeed, I haven't had time to test the goods as I am waiting for the other critical component (from another supplier, I might add).

Super impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, competitive pricing and delivery speed from Technoworld who got my 2020 MacBook Air to me within 2 days. My old mac suddenly died on me and I needed to replace it quickly for work. Totally appreciate these are very difficult times however a month wait from Apple is far too long for any business. It was a three week wait for the other major retailers, if they were lucky enough to have any in stock in the first place. I dealt with a gentleman called Chandu who was hugely helpful from my first call to them and went above and beyond to get my new mac to me urgently.
